We had Anderson out recently (3/28/22) to bid on our AC replacement. We did our due diligence and recieved quotes from 4 other companies. Not only was Anderson on time and professional but Alex (estimator) was willing to walk through our home and provide recommendations to make the air flow more balanced. He did not rush and was very thorough. When the installers came to install the unit they were on time, courteous and professional.

They did an excellent job. We are so glad to have a trustworthy company like Anderson to work with in our area. This is our second time working with them (whole home humidifier install) and they are consistently outstanding! Thank you for being an high quality, ethical and honest company it shows!

I have worked with Anderson twice since we have moved into our new place and they have been fantastic. We had a water heater issue and they had a tech out within hours. Their prices as far as purchasing/installing new items are a little high but the customer service is there and they are a really good company.

Initially had Anderson out last summer to replace Furnace and A/C. The A/C failed and after 20 years thought we would do both at once. They did a great job, competitive price, and communicated throughout the project and cleaned up after they were done. We were so impressed that we had them out today to replace our garage heater. Same great service. Highly recommend them!

Routine checkup for the furnace. Changed the air filter and checked the motor. Tech was here maybe an HR. Great job!

I had a several dealings with this company and neither one was very pleasant. The gentleman who worked on my equipment was nice, and professional, but trying to get service scheduled was like pulling teeth each time with a variety of issues. It's unfortunate there aren't more businesses nearby that appreciate their customers and the business they bring.

I am generally very respectful and very courteous when dealing with companies who I want to work on my equipment, as there is no reason not to be, but it seems far too often I don't get the same respect in return. I'm hoping I'll not have to do any more business with them and can find a company who appreciates their customers or can at least treat them with some decency and civility.

Scott was great! Very efficient in identifying and resolving the problem with my AC. Honest and open about maintenance to help me get the most from my system. Prompt response and very reasonable for an after hours service call. Will definitely call these guys again for my heating/ cooling needs!

I am a new customer and we recently had Anderson out to our house and I am so happy with their quality of work and professionalism! They were able to get us in right away for service and when the tech arrived, he was courteous and professional about informing us he would be wearing protective gear for our protection while he worked on our air conditioner.

I contacted Anderson heating to install a shop garage heater for me. I sent pictures of the installation and asked for a directional quote before starting the work. At the end of the job the bill showed up double what the estimate was without warning. There was an apology from Anderson, but I still had to pay the bill. Be cautious of being lured in with good pricing and then getting screwed in the end.

Anderson Heating responded very quickly to our request for service. They provided excellent technical assistance and absolutely first class service at very reasonable prices. Scott affected the repair with professionalism and considerable knowledge. In addition, he answered all of my questions and provided additional information to help keep my HVAC system in top running condition. Highly recommended!

We had great service today from Countryside who identified the root cause in under 10 minutes that has inherently and progressively caused all of our a/c problems, cost us $$$ in repairs and lost efficiency over the life of the a/c unit, cost us a new compressor last year, and would have cost us another compressor soon enough. I'm not sure why this wasn't identified in past service calls with Anderson.

The accountant should probably stay in the back office and out of service and sales, it's not her strength. Feeling thankful for great service with Countryside, and their expertise probably saved us a lot of money and another compressor or more based on the past service track record with Anderson.

Anderson heating did a wonderful job installing our furnace and air conditioner and duct work. They were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I am very satisfied with the work they performed. I will continue to use this company in the future for any additional work that we need. Thank you again for the GREAT service!

Top notch company! Needed a new furnace. Called up Anderson Heating and they had Gary the replacement rep out to my house that morning. Gary is a great guy and super helpful. He came over we picked out a furnace that best fit my needs and he had a crew to my house the next morning. The two gentlemen that came to install the new furnace were very professional and helpful. Kept my home clean and neat. I would recommend Anderson Heating to anyone that needs heating or cooling needs.
