I'm very pleased using this company. Our A/C stopped cooling during a heat wave and they were able to come out the same day and make the necessary repairs and got our system cooling again. This company is AMAZING! I will never use another HVAC company again. Our AC went out and I called around to several companies who wanted an insane amount of money for the work I needed done. One guy from another company even laughed at me because of some of the questions I was asking, completely rude and unprofessional. But when I called Reling, I spoke to Craig and he was very patient and answered all my questions and asked several of his own to try and figure out the problem.

He explained their pricing and was courteous and seemed to genuinely care about my problem. He said that Dominik would show up and he did very promptly and was friendly and very professional. He fully explained the process of what he would do and also answered all of my questions while he was working. I've used many HVAC companies over the years so I can say from experience that even the better companies don't even come close to being as great as Reling. Dominik went the extra mile to help me understand the problem and what he would do to fix it.

My wife said how much of a gentleman he was. Craig and Dominik, thank you so much for excellent service. You have gained a customer for life. I will tell everyone I can to use you guys. I had Craig come out this time for a problem I was having with my HVAC unit and he was phenomenal. Very friendly and took the time to explain everything he was doing and what was going on with the unit. He not only fixed the unit quickly, but was able to give me a better understanding of how it operates. If you are reading this review, do not use any other company. Reling is the best HVAC company I've ever used and I hope they are around for a long time to come. Thank you again Craig!

Reling was fantastic to work with. I'd been putting off replacing an aging HVAC system when of course my A\C went out at the worst possible time, during a heatwave. Not only did they come in on the lower side of the quotes I'd received, but I felt Craig really took the time to help me understand what I actually needed (and more notably, what I didn't).

The real icing on the cake was that they had the bulk of my new system up and running the next day, giving me AC over the weekend, and came back to finish up the next week. Definitely recommended.

Craig was an absolute great guy to do business with. We had phone issues and played phone-tag too many times (was a problem on our end) and Craig never gave up trying to reach us back and was SO patient with us. He helped us out with a last minute request, was prompt and professional. He has been recommended to us and we will continue recommending him!

This company moved 2 a.c. units off my building and left the disconnected wires exposed and laying on the roof. I left 3 messages for Rick Cronic and he never even returned my calls. If this is an indication of how they do business, then it's amazing they have ANY customers.

I called them the day after I noticed there was a problem and Craig whose family runs the business came out as soon as he could to fix my air because our family was freezing. He is by far one the most honest person I have ever meant. He is professional and didn't take me for my money. Craig told me exactly what I needed and got it for me and fixed it in a timely matter.
