Popa is definitely top notch! Pat Popa herself came to give me my initial quote, and she was extremely patient with all of my questions and explained everything in detail. I had to reschedule my A/C install and Karen from the office was efficient and very pleasant to work with. Jimmy and Avery (my installers) were extremely professional, did great work, and gave me a thorough walk through of how to use my new equipment and best practices for upkeep moving forward. Highly recommend Popa to anyone looking for HVAC work!

Best heating/air company I've dealt with in 35 years living at the same place. I can't say enough! Had another company tell me my two systems were shot. A year later I had poppa come out and they said this system was in good shape. That was two years agai and system is still purring. Service: A/C system maintenance

I called in the morning about my AC being out, and they sent Matt out the same day (within hours). He was incredibly professional and fixed the problem almost immediately. Shout out to Tony the on-call guy and Jose. Tony helped me troubleshoot my issue and it was fixed. I set up a service call to have them come take a look at my antique furnace. Jose came by on time and did a check on my furnace and gave me a honest evaluation of my furnace. He saw nothing wrong but, recommended in at least two years to get it replaced. My furnace was put in 1992 if that gives you a little insight. When the time comes we will definitely use Popa!

We are blown away by what a good job they did! Jim, Brandon and Avery were professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain how everything functioned. I had other estimates and no one came close to price or offered a high quality product like they did. The owner comes out and does a complete assessment of your home to make sure you get the right sized product to fit your needs.

No brainer folks. Needed a new furnace, did a/c also because of the discount. Pat, the owner came out and did a detailed diagnosis of our needs. She is awesome. They were the lowest price of three others. Very impressive. Brandon and Matt came for the install and were excellent. They put tarps down, very clean and courteous professionals. I would highly recommend Popa HVAC. They were amazing from start to finish. Pat, who is the owner, came out and did a computer generated program to see exactly what was needed in our home. From there a game plan was formulated, which included a new Trane system along with repairing all of the duct work in the crawl. Oscar and his crew were amazing including clean up after the installation. They walked us through everything including before and after pictures of the repaired duct work. They made sure we understood how the new system worked.

As luck would have it one of the coldest days of the year and the furnace is acting up. Within an hour and a half of our call: their team was out here, diagnosed, explained, fixed and we have heat at a reasonable rate! Will definitely be using again (hopefully not needed anytime soon though)!

Tony came out immediately to fix my parents hot water heater. He was polite, kind, professional and informative. He was able to fix the issue promptly right before a cold snow storm. We will be using this company for future yearly maintenance. Service: Heating system repair

Jose was great! Our furnace went out and he was there within an hour of my call! He kept me updated on the problem and fixed it in a short time. The service from start to finish was great. Karen in the office was very accommodating and the technician Jesse was very knowledgeable. Our steam humidifier system was down and needed service. Jesse diagnosed the problem and ordered replacement parts. Within a couple of days he was back and the system was up and running. The house is warm and the humidity is comfortable. Highly recommend Popa.

Called this morning. Said someone would be here 1:15pm. Guess what? Shawn was here before 1 pm. he went over everything with Christopher and fixed issue with a/c. Very professional. issue solved. we were quoted fee upfront on what it costs to show up. And then would quote after seeing what issue was. Satisfied. rates are comp to everyone else. We were ok on fee. Its fixed.cold air again!

I would not recommend this place as they are more interested in making more money from you than they are at helping you. I have been having issue with my furnace for the past few weeks and every time they come out to take a look they inspect it and make it run temporarily until it breaks again. They suggested that it may be control board and quoted me around $400. However, when I decided to go ahead and change the board, they stated that the quote I was originally given was for the the wrong board and gave me a new quote which was closer to $700.

So they suggestion maybe it was time to get a new furnace as they estimated that my furnace was about 14 years and would just be a money pit. I took their advice under advisement and got a quote for $3600 of which one of the techs also suggested maybe I should get a new AC and got a full quote for around $8,000. The issue comes in when I decided to replace the furnace as POPA suggested, i shopped around for more quotes to make an educated expense.

Finally I get an HONEST tech to come out and quote me for a new furnace at another place. However, instead of selling me a new furnace they inspected the one I have already and immediately determined that the safety switch by the bottom box was loose and the signal from the thermostat was not making its way to the furnace which the tech fixed by tightening the screws to the bottom box and installing a new thermostat. FINALLY!

Just like that my furnace is working they way is as supposed to and it didn't cost me and arm and a leg thanks to an HONEST tech who did the work in 1 hour as opposed to POPA who after multiple visits, just wanted to take as much of my money as possible. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE WITH INTEGRITY.

Owners are hands on and take pride in their business. Crew is knowledgeable and great to work with. Prices are fair. They did a wonderful job on our big project. They didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need, took time to ensure it was done right and had excellent follow up to ensure we were more than satisfied.

We have used Popa Heating & Cooling for 14 years and have been extremely satisfied. Recently our furnace was damaged by the storms and they had to replace it with a new unit. They are extremely efficient, wonderful to deal with and knowledgeable in every aspect of their work. The owner, Pat, is a woman of integrity and conscientiousness, eager to please the clients.

After the installation of the furnace was completed, she came out to our home to inspect the finished product and make sure that everything was functioning properly. Highly satisfied with every aspect of Popa. We had several companies come out for an estimate to replace our air conditioner. Popa did the most thorough estimate, and actually recommended a SMALLER unit than we had to increase efficiency. Their price was the most competitive, by far. Scheduling installation was a breeze, and the installers were prompt (arrived exactly at the time given), personable, and respectful; they used shoe covers when entering the house every time.

After the installation, they helped set up our new smart thermostat as well. From beginning to end we were extremely pleased with Popa and would recommend to anyone with heating or cooling needs.

Popa is awesome! I called on Tuesday night and they returned my call first thing Wednesday morning and had a repairman there by 8:30. Very fast and efficient and incredibly reasonably priced. I would recommend to everyone and will always use them going forward.

It was so great to find an honest company that had amazing people working for them. Shane was incredibly knowledgeable about our tankless hot water heater and very thorough. Denel from the office had unbelievable customer service and kept in touch as often through the whole process. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them myself in the future.

Their sales person was great, very honest and wasn't trying to sell us more then what we needed. They did a great job on the install and had quality service and equipment

I normally hate having to have any type of service technician come out to my home, cause you never really know if they are honest ect. I emailed the company and they were very quick to respond. Had a tech named Fabian come out the very same day to fix my furnace. He was super nice and efficient. Even said because it was cold out he'd swing by when it was warmer to check my a/c unit. I'd highly recommend. Update: so sadly I never heard from them again. Still a good job when was here but never came to check the a/c.

I give this company 5 stars! Called on Sunday they returned the call saying someone would call between 7-8 Monday morning. They did! Sunday the 24th was hot, Monday 8/25 was the hottest day this summer with heat index above 100 degrees. They came through, found parts for my unusual a/c unit. Needless to say they fixed the a/c on the hottest day of the year so far.

They kept in communication with me throughout the day while I was at work and Dan the technician was a pleasure to work with. They definitely have my business! Knowledgable, helpful, above and beyond what was expected! Thank you Popa and Dan especially for the great service! Would recommend to anyone!
