We have used Cherokee for several projects in the past couple of years to do electrical work, install a french drain, replace a hot water heater, install outside outlets and line for hot tub, and AC maintenance and had been pleased overall with the service. My husband called three times this week to schedule maintenance on our AC and never received a return call.

We realize current weather may have increased call volume but not at least returning a call after 4 days? It has been so challenging to find service people in the Gatlinburg area so I am very disappointed that I have to find new ones for plumbing and AC.

Was very displeased with the timeliness and professionalism of the technicians, will not use again.

I used Cherokee Group extensively last year when I was developing a rental property in Pigeon Forge. I was very happy with their services they provided from start to finish. Ben oversaw the installation of power at my site and was great to work with. He even went the extra mile delivering a generator at the site after hours to help out in a pinch.

I worked with Alan to connect the septic line at the property, and Charles has serviced the plumbing at my rental cabin in Sevierville on various occasions. I have never been disappointed with the service I received from Cherokee Group. I have found them to be professional, to communicate well and to have very fair and competitive prices. Their recommendations have always been on the conservative side and there have not been unexpected, expensive surprises.

Because I live out of state and have had not great experiences with several other companies I am extremely grateful to have found a company I can fully trust to help me with the needs of my rental properties while I am live far away, and am trying to keep my costs and headaches as low as possible.

A plumbing tech came out to look at a tankless water heater and called me that afternoon to say it needed replaced. I said ok, I need a quote. Explained this is a rental property and quickness was important. No one ever called me. I had to call back in and spoke to a manager I think, he said he wasn't aware of the situation and didn't know who came out but would look into it. He never called back either! Today I received an bill for their service. No one discussed their rate.and my fault. I never asked.

I have had to use the plumbing staff an emergency situation more than once. They have always been prompt and very helpful. Each time they have got us up and going and have found ways to help us in ways of convenience and money. Very appreciative of their help!

Alan Cox screwed up the plumbing in my home and charged me $2500 to boot. Even though my contractor the framers and building plans said it was in the wrong place Alan refused to fix it. From the receptionist who refused to allow me to speak to a manager, all the way to the owner, who I finally tracked down after 3 week, the entire company is dishonest and unwilling to find a solution. I would not recommend them to put in a garden hose at my house

Great work for a great price for a master electrician. If you want it to look great and continue to work for years. I would recommend Cherokee Group for any and all of your electrician needs. My cabin is back making money!

Extremely professionally and knowledgeable. Jesse took the time to explain the drainage issue I was having and what additional work needed to be done to prevent bigger issues from happening in the future. I will definitely be using Cherokee again in the future.

Great customer service and very professional! Willing to come out on the weekends and check a/c units. Did not take them long to realize what the issue was. Super friendly and kept me updated the entire time. Great company will use again and I highly recommend.

Just had Cherokee Group come out and snake a sewer line and it was some of the best service I've ever gotten from a plumber. I'd scheduled it in advance, they called me to let me know they were coming, and arrived right on time. Allen was courteous and kind, diagnosed what we needed right away, explained everything that would be needed and what the cost would likely be upfront, along with what the process would be if anything came up while he was doing the work.

Where do I begin. I am so impressed with everybody in this company, from the owner and all the employees. They were professional, thorough, and always had my needs in mind (customer). They cleaned every working area in our home without asking. If you need honest people look no more call The Cherokee Group you wont regret it. You will find a company you will use forever.
