Excellent work. I always expected this company to be more expensive because of their professionalism and reputation. I used a smaller company before this visit for all of our needs. I should have given AA the call first without making assumptions. They showed me all of what was wrong in detail and gave me specific reasons why work needed to be done. They could have made other choices and charged me a lot more, but they were honest and focused on what I needed. I can't recommend them more highly. Thank you!

We had put off replacing the old furnace and heat pump even though we knew it was leaking coolant and not well maintained. Phil inspected it this year and told us we would need to do more repairs, but mentioned they had a same as cash deal with Wells Fargo. So we decided to replace it. Erin came out and inspected the entire house. She gave us several options and noted that the house was set up for a larger unit than we currently had.

She did not push us to upgrade, but let us make our own decisions. She is very knowledgeable about the different systems and saved us money by not replacing all the ductwork. She also made some recommendations for when we upgrade our sunroom. We would definitely recommend Erin and AA-Air to all our friends. We have been very impressed with them and will continue to have them service our system.

Our experience with AA could not have gone better. They recently put in a brand new furnace and AC for us after our 20+ year old system died. Erin was an absolute pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. She recommended several options and let us choose what we thought worked best all for a price I thought was extremely reasonable. The installation techs were also very professional, friendly and did great work.

They've even checked back up on us a couple of times to make sure there are no issues. Now that it's all done we couldn't be happier with the new system. I will definitely be using them in future and highly recommend them to anyone needing any HVAC work done.

Donna and Cooper at AA Air saved our cat's life! She was able to pry up a floor vent register and escaped into the heating ducts on the coldest day of the year. We called so many HVAC companies but no one would help until we contacted Donna at AA. She texted us help and ideas throughout the day (over 8 hours!) and when we finally cornered the kitty INSIDE the HVAC unit, she sent Cooper out to help.

While it wasn't an easy HVAC unit to navigate, Cooper was able to open up our unit and I was able to pull our cat out of the supply air chamber. Cooper then helped us tape up the duct lines we frantically ripped open that morning. We are so grateful for both of them! They went above and beyond any other company in town to save our sweet cat.

Sat down at a waffle house this morning near two fellas with AA-Air shirts on. Before leaving they covered the bill for my family. I'm sure if you give these guys your business they'll take care of you. If you guys read this, we are so grateful to you! Stay golden.

Great company I had an appointment scheduled for later in the day and they called me first thing in the morning and fit me in. Kyle was my technician and was very professional and found my problem in seconds of looking. Was in and out very quick and checked over everything else to make sure everything else was working properly before he left.

My technician Craig was prompt, professional, and answered all my questions. Will use this business again! Edited to add: I knew it was coming (Craig told me), but my 15 year-old unit finally gave up the ghost. I called AA-Air and Erin came out to do my estimate. She was ultra professional and very informative. She explained the entire process, taught me some stuff about AC generally, was kind to my cats, and we fangirled a bit over science!

I had a couple of other companies give estimates, but I ultimately went with AA-Air, even though they were slightly more expensive. No one else matched their level of professionalism and care. At the end of the day, I am someone who wants a quality product with a quality install from a quality company. You get what you pay for. If you are someone who values professionalism, thoroughness, and quality, AA-Air is definitely the go-to in the Knoxville area.

I can't say enough for them. They even registered my product for the warranty; I didn't have to do a thing! AND, you don't pay until they do a follow-up consult on your new unit. Literally this is the BEST company I've encountered since I moved to Knoxville 6 years ago. Give them a try -- you won't be disappointed.

Being a Maintenance Plan customer, I had an issue with a recent visit and installation of minor equipment on my AC unit. The management was so responsive to the problem, contacted me for the solution (I did not have to contact them), and promptly took care of the problem in a VERY professional manner. Craig was very thorough on everything he did, especially checking the AC unit and cleaning. He made suggestion to add surge protector and I went ahead and let him install that. got out super quick...I had used one the larger companies in the past and they weren't sure when or what day they could get out to house. I found AA-Air and signed maintenance agreement with them! Highly recommend this company!

I really like that they send you a text when they are on their way to your home with a picture of the technician. They showed up on time (even a little early). Great service, very informative and professional.

Mr. Duke & his colleague came out the same day, and were fast, professional, and thorough in fixing a disastrous A/C issue that other companies tried- but were unable- to fix. Duke & Co. explained what they were seeing and doing in easy-to-understand terms, no surprises, and left my A/C in perfect working order for a very reasonable price. He was following all safety guidelines, which made me feel very comfortable. John is friendly and knowledgeable and he is much appreciated. Like only I could, I was changing an air filter at the return, and the system kicked on and sucked the paper wrapper straight down. COVID is a real concern for us with immunocompromised members of the household, but the paper had to come out and I called. AA-Air came out quickly, with mask, distanced as was possible. Quick in and out, and I felt safe the whole time. (And he got the paper out quickly and for just the service fee.) They installed our unit and new ductwork a little over a year ago, and everything about that experience was topnotch too, even when they had to build the connection between duct and vent by hand (old house with nothing standard sized).

Prior to the new unit, they kept our old one running longer than I'd have ever imagined possible, and I appreciate their understanding of our needs, situation, etc. I cannot imagine using anyone else!

They are incredibly fast for installation! They had us up and running with a new HVAC system in under 3 hours! Install and tech teams are fantastic here! The sales team took super good care of us. Erin did our inspection and calculations. She helped us find the perfect unit for us. I would reccomend everyone give these guys a chance, you will not regret it!

I called in early summer when my AC was failing, and over the past several months we've had a lot of dealings—diagnosing the problem, comparing repair vs. replacement and then looking at replacement options, getting the new unit installed, and just last week the first seasonal follow-up—and at every step they've been 100 percent top-rate. I can't say enough good things.
