My air was out for a week, and other service techs had been unable to diagnose or resolve the issue. The CES Engineer, Gary, came in and corrected what 2 other companies could not fix in less than two hours. Not only did he resolve the problem, but he took the time to explain to me why the issue happened, and what to look for over the next week since we are experiencing higher than average temps. This was a great experience, I won't use anyone else going forward.

AC wasn't working and decided to use CES because I believe in supporting local businesses. The technician was prompt, professional, and courteous. In a short amount of time he determined that my compressor had overheated. He ran cold water from my hose over the compressor for around 15 minutes then used a hand held gizmo to "hard start" the compressor and that solved the problem.
Bottom line, that all cost an astonishing $398. CES charged $75 to drive exactly ONE mile to my house, $120 to use MY water for 15 minutes, and $203 for the "hard start" which took maybe a minute. No parts, nothing complicated. This is totally beyond belief. Price Gouging. I will NEVER use this company again.

David is an excellent technician. I was getting a horrible smell out of my hvac and he was able to diagnose it appropriately and deploy a reasonable and effective solution. He also cleaned and prepped my A/C unit for summer. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Comfort Engineered Systems. Services: HVAC system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent repair, Cleaning, A/C system maintenance

Incompetent and untrustworthy. I'll never use them again and recommend avoiding them. When I reached out twice to give them the opportunity to make things right they didn't even respond. Waste of my time and money. They could not diagnose or fix the problem and blamed the gas company. The gas company tech came out and confirmed the problem was with the furnace. Also told me to find a competent HVAC service company.
