I called because I thought there might be mold on my coil, or a leak. I was smelling something making me sick. They were promt when arriving. Upon arrival, I was informed that the unit was near spotless. He attempted to find a leak, and stated that there was a leak, but I was not shown where the leak was. I was quoted an astronomical price for the repair (about $1700 before discount).

I agreed to do the repair, but due to the price wanted a second opinion. The second company that came out, said there was no leak in the coil (that is all they checked). The third company came out and said there was a leak, but was definitely not in the coil. The quote I received from this company regarding replacing the coil came in at about 60% of the original quote.

I used to do sealed system repairs in a previous job, and I understand the level of difficulty of doing this type of job. The second quote came in at about what I would have charged. I am disappointed because there was nothing done regarding cleaning, and I don't think that checking pressures and saying they will replace a part that doesn't gurantee the resolution of my problem is not the best way to spend my money. I still have one more visit for the maintenance, but I don't know if I will even have them back out, because I know how to do that part, even though I already paid for that.

I have spent over 20k at Parker's since buying my house. Jim is absolutely the most knowledgeable tech on staff. Most of the install crew and tech crew are amazing. After buying my first two units, I received a ton of cookies. After buying my third, we received nothing. Don't let your MVP residential customers go unnoticed. I've praised your company on multiple social media sites, but the last 6 weeks have felt like pulling teeth.

I was impressed with the conversation and quality I experienced when working with Parker's. Josh took the time to listen to our needs and provide multiple solutions. Our AC quit cooling in the evening. We are members of the Comfort Club for this company and they responded within a reasonable amount of time that evening. The installer saw that the runoff pan had filled up and then backed up into the system. This has been an ongoing issue, and he did an indepth look at the system and recommended that we make a modification to the drainage system that would route the water outside, thus keeping this issue from continuing.

We set up the service call for a couple of days later. The installer kept in contact with us about the planned service and arrived promptly, He went right to work and completed the modification within a very reasonable amount of time. He was completely professional at all times as were all the people we had contact with from Parker's. We have used this company for a number of years and will continue to do so with confidence.

I also had the honor to meet Marty Parker, founder of Parker's Heating and Cooling. I learned about his early life and his family. I loved hearing about his time serving in the Navy, song writing, and how he got started in the heating and cooling industry.

Over the years of homeownership, I've dealt with many small business HVAC companies but this one is by far the best ever. They have prompt, courteous, professional service. I stated with their maintenance package a year ago to see how well they worked and this year I was able to get a VERY old (30+ years) unit replaced without breaking the bank.

They were upfront and honest about our needs during the maintenance appointments. They answered my questions to make sure that I made an informed decision when it came time to discuss the new system. I've been a part of the Comfort Club for just over a year and every interaction I have with Parker's is excellent. From the phone call saying it's time for bi-annual maintenance, to the technician coming to perform the service, it is all great. When we moved into our house in Murfreesboro, they told me what worked good, what was broken, and what could wait until next time to be fixed. We had quite a bit of work done and I was comfortable with the price. I would pay it again for the quality their teams have. I recommend them to everyone!

Parker's has been servicing my 2 AC units since we moved to TN 15 years ago so when the time came to replace my leaking and failing split unit I knew who to call. Every employee from Parker's that has come to my home has been friendly, courteous, professional and respected my home. A new split unit was installed with the air handler in the attic, they left the area cleaner than they found it and finished promptly. I highly recommend Parker's, you feel like a friend or one of their family when you do business with them.

My HVAC unit went out just before Labor Day weekend and i was stressing about it. A friend referred me to Parker's so I gave them a call for a quote. Josh came out quickly to take a look and give me a quote. He was professional and easy to chat with. He gave me some clear options and didn't get pushy about up selling me on anything. I ultimately went with a cheaper model and a payment plan (18 mo no interest).

They were nice enough to loan me a new portable AC unit to get me through the weekend at no extra charge, this was a lifesaver! The two gents who did the install were excellent as well, they wore masks and took proper safety precautions, were respectful of my house and property, and did a great job explaining the process. Great price, professional and efficient service. I have absolutely zero complaints - highly recommend!

Parker's HVAC failed to do a thorough inspection for home inspection. I lost negotiation power and lost my chance to walk out from contract agreement. The heater died shortly after moving into the house. On top of that, the technician didnt find gas leak on the report that actually occured. If my lawyer friend were in TN, I would proceed this case to courthouse.

We called them in the morning and they were out by 2. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. The tech explained everything to us and told us the cost before he even started working. Very happy with them and they will definitely have my business in the future.

The receptionist fit me in for a cleaning quickly! The technician was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Price for Spring/Fall tune ups was very reasonable. I look forward to working with them when it's time to replace! *update* While getting estimates for replacement due to what we thought was a leak (the tech could not get to the upstairs unit, my fault), the owner came over to work on the estimate and he immediately discovered that it was not a leak, but the upstairs units door was off (likely done during the house inspection) Now, mind you that we were ready to replace and spend mucho bucks but with the honesty from the owner, it didn't happen.

Within 24 hours my house was back down to a balmy 70 degrees! Something we had not seen since the purchase 2 years ago! 86 was the normal mid afternoon range! I am very, very thankful to Parkers!

I want to give a big thank you to Josh Parker and his crew for replacing our heat and air unit. We had been struggling with another company in Donelson and they did not fix the problem so we bought a new unit from Parkers and the guys were here and did a wonderful job. I cannot thank Parkers enough.

Technician Jim came to our home to assist with a heating issue we were having with our brand new unit. We've had several different companies come out and none could find the issue. Jim knew within minutes what the problem was and had it corrected in just a few more minutes. He was polite, quick, professional, and really knew what he was doing.

We have had zero problems since he came out, and I could not be happier with the service provided by Parkers. We will continue to use this company any time we have heating/cooling issues. I called in the morning, and they were able to work me in within just a few hours, so thankfully we weren't cold for long. If you're looking for the best HVAC company in middle Tennessee, Parkers is it. I found the company from reading online reviews, and am now thankfully able to leave one of my own.

Our water heater decided one day to only give us 3 gallons of hot water every shower. This doesn't fare well at my house, so I called Parker's Heating Cooling and Plumbing to see if this is something they can fix. I spoke to a young lady who was pleasant to speak with, and she got ahold of one of her servicemen, John. John did not have the parts needed as it was past 9:00pm and they couldn't get the parts cause the stores were closed.

No biggie. I gave him some available hours for the next day and he diligently called me around the time agreed upon and he was just wrapping up a job and would be right over. When he got here, he had his testing equipment and tested the parts on my water heater, and crunched some numbers and gave me a quote. As he was working he showed me the failing parts and explained how and why the parts failed, and continued on working.

Soon as he finished, he waited for awhile to make sure everything was working properly. This morning I purposely took the longest shower I could without experiencing any loss in hot water. I'm pretty happy, and the repair didn't break the bank. Good, honest people, these guys.
