Total Trans4mation was founded in Murfreesboro, TN by 7 year HVAC journeyman Matt Crawford and 12 year HVAC journeyman Ryan Kennedy. Both Matt and Ryan had a dream to revolutionize the heat and air industry by raising the bar in quality, technology, and customer service. Over the years, the two of them have witnessed countless customers getting the short end of the stick by those who are looking to make a fast buck. That's not the case with them! I have used Total Trans4mation before and will continue to use them. William came this time and Gary came for a different issue last year and both were awesome! They were kind, professional, and courteous and had my plumbing issue resolved quickly. William explained and showed me what he thought the issue was and gave me an estimate, which was reasonable for the work he did. Michelle was able to schedule my appointment for a couple of days later rather than weeks out. I am very happy with this company and will be calling on them again for future needs.

The team at Total Trans4mation were amazing to work with. Ryan answered everyone one of my questions. He was also extremely competitive on price. Most of all he looked at the whole system as one unit and gave me solutions to address them. The installation team were so professional, clean and thorough. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. Foster knew what he was doing and treated us with respect.

I am beyond pleased with the work this company has provided! Jackson and Jose were knowledgeable, kind, and quick with getting out to my house and fixing the issues we were having! I had many negative experiences but Total Trans4mation got us fixed, the same day that I called. A few weeks ago we got our Ac maintenance by a technician name Jose. He was very friendly, on time, respectful, well mannered, professional and honest. Jose found a leak in our ac it was simple work that another companies was not able to do the job right and on top of the very rude. Jose also emailed a quote quickly.
I won't trust no other company but them and will ask for Jose. I really recommend him and the company. Thank you so much for the positive work and attitude Total Trans4mation!

Woke up last week to a warm, muggy house. Called at 7:30 am and they had a tech in route by noon same day. Jose Cordoba from Total Trans4mation was knowledgeable, courteous and very thorough. He diagnosed the problem with our AC unit within a short period and was able to repair by end of day. Jose took the time to answer any questions I had. Wonderful experience - price for repair was less than I expected. Highly recommend.

Total Trans4mation was incredible every step of the way and a wonderful full service company! Michelle in the office was wonderful to speak with and was excellent with keeping us informed from start to finish! Jose was prompt and very helpful while servicing our A/C units. He noticed a small water leak while in the crawl space and let me know right away, what a godsend! Michelle was able to coordinate a plumbing fix and that's when Gary stepped in!
Best plumber I have ever dealt with hands down. Honest, patient, friendly and prompt! He was able to fix our plumbing leak and replace our garden hose spigots and install a new pressure reducing valve. Fast, efficient and does amazing work. Fantastic team and a big thank you!

Hired Total Trans4Mation to install a PTAC heating/cooling system in my workshop and perform maintenance on my home HVAC units (2) and water heater. They showed on time, were courteous, and performed quality service. Even did a good job cleaning up their (small) mess - a rarity these days. I would definitely call on them again should I need service in the future.

Doing business with Ryan and his team at Total Trans4mation was a breeze and refreshingly professional. I first emailed Ryan a few weeks ago afterhours asking to setup a time to come consult on replacing our aging upstairs unit. He replied quickly afterhours and came the following day to meet us and gather information for an install estimate. When he left I expected to wait several days for a quote but he had the estimate over within an hour.
When we were getting our estimate we asked for several options such as adding two returns and another vent, and to be specced out separately so we could see how much each option was. He did precisely that and the quote was in the ballpark and explained every option in detail but easy to understand so there would be no confusion. We approved the estimate and they were there within one business day to install our new unit. Foster and his team came a few times to install our new returns, vents, and the unit itself.
He communicated clearly throughout the process and communicated timeframes promptly. If anything changed even slightly, they were quick to communicate and put customer satisfaction above all else. Because we were happy with the install we also had them maintenance our existing 5ton unit which was also quick and easy. All in all, working with Total Trans4mation was an absolute pleasure and they took all the pressure off of having to have a major appliance replacement. A+ Service and I look forward to working with them again for any future needs.

My mothers furnace went out not only were very concerned with our emergency but they got out to my mothers house reasonable fast. I live in Michigan my mother is in Tennessee and they really helped put my worries at ease they took good care of us and my mother they installed the new furnace & thoroughly checked all the pipes and just did a wonderful wonderful job I highly recommend total transformation.

My air conditioning was not working so after a Google search I found Total Trans4mation. I called them up and Ryan took my call and came out to my house. He was very professional and friendly, and even taught me a few things about air conditioners. He showed me the faulty part, and the repairs were pretty cheap.
