Allen's Air Care can offer a free 3-day assessment of the indoor air quality of your home with the AirAdvice IAQ Monitor. On the fourth day, you will receive a detailed report from AirAdvice IAQ where it has measured temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and the airborne particles in your home in one-minute cycles.
The service tech who came to our home was very courteous and honest. Our unit was not working properly and he took the time to confer with the manufacturer to make sure what was wrong was correct. I have only had positive experiences with Allen's Air Care, they will be who we use from now on. Allen's Air Care worked very hard and fast to see that we had heat before they left due to it being so cold. We appreciated their hard work.

Exceptional Service. Initial site assessment performed by Chris. Issue located and covered under warranty. Part replacement performed by Cedrick. Both technicians did great work, but kudos to Cedrick for a thorough inspection before close out. Services: A/C system maintenance, HVAC system repair

We have been using Allen's for years now and just had to have a new HVAC and duct work installed. They worked with us and explained all of our options. The people working were professional, kind and very considerate of our home. They even loaned us space heaters to use while they were installing. We will never go anywhere else. I can't say enough positive things about them. I LOVE THEY ARE A LOCAL COMPANY TOO!

We had a problem with our HVAC and we hired Allen Air Care, best decision! It's hard to find companies to trust when you don't have any idea what's wrong. We are very satisfied with the service, the two staff members that came to do the repair were very professional and respectful. We highly recommend this company and will do business with them again.

If you want a truly honest, knowledgeable Air Care Company choose Allen's. Family owned.join their family. Stay away from the larger advertising HVAC Companies. Especially Lee Company! The larger companies job is to bad mouth your old unit and try to sell you a new system.plain and simple. Allen's Air Care concern is to keep your current system running as long as possible and longer.

When other companies were too busy to send out a tech, Allen's was able to come the same day and fix our AC issue. They are now our go to HVAC company. The tech was very professional and figured out our issue quickly and solved it quickly as well. Very reasonable price as well. Service: Repair HVAC

I love this HVAC company. The technicians are kind and knowledgeable. Problems get taken care of the same day most the time. The prices aren't too high. They never sell you anything you don't need. I will never use another company.

Allen's Air installed our system in 2007 and has been servicing it since. They have always responded promptly, especially in seasonal highs and lows. A couple of times, when the issue was illusive and they've had to return a second time, they worked until the problem was resolved, and then usually waived the return service charge. Each of the technicians have been courteous, professional, informative and personable.

We have complete confidence in this company. Additionally, my parents used Allen's Air for 10 years until they sold their home and were always satisfied with their work. We would recommend this company with full confidence.

5 stars is an understatement! I highly recommend Allen's Air Care for all your HVAC needs. I first found them when my a/c unit was leaking water into my garage last year. They responded quickly and resolved the issue with reasonable pricing. However, it wasn't until yesterday (Labor Day weekend, of course) that I would really come to appreciate their great service.

My A/C was running on it's last leg and was causing a burning smell to come through the system due to a failing blower motor. I called them after hours with my concerns and received a prompt call back from Chris. He is very knowledgeable and was honest and up front about weekend/holiday pricing when offering to come look at it. He came out and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Sadly, although we thought we could make it through the weekend before repairing the unit, (in order to avoid paying extra fees for weekend/holiday repairs, per Chris' suggestion) the unit completely stopped working in the middle of the night.

I called back to advise the on call after hours service and Chris was able to get me back up and running within an hour. He also answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving - even checked the air filter and the vents to make sure they were blowing properly. He was extremely helpful in recommending the best filter for our unit as well as giving feedback on air duct cleaning, per my request. Thanks, Chris!

Allen's Air Care did an exceptional job with my heating and air unit. They were prompt and worked very quickly but effectively at my house. All of the workers were very nice and kept me updated on everything. I worked specifically with Steven, and he was very personable and willing to answer any questions I had in a very timely manner. I would 15/10 recommend their services to anyone!

I have been using Allen's Air Care since 2005. These guys are great. Would highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs. Recently when it got warmer, I made the transition of switching from heat to air, (on a Thursday) and noticed my house wasn't cooling. Called Allen's first thing Friday morning and a technician was at my house by 9 am.

He gave me the bad news my compressor was grounded and it was time for a new unit. By that evening Steven showed up, gave us some options on a great American Standard product. And by the following Tuesday my brand new unit was installed. I didn't even shop around (even though I had friends who had a "guy") because the level of service that Allen's Air Care has provided me over the years, I didn't hesitate to keep my business with them. The entire team is awesome, very professional and genuinely cares about your comfort. Highly recommend reaching out to Steven for any of your home comfort needs.

I received a reminder call asking me to schedule my fall service appointment, but after already missing my spring service I wanted to make sure they would clean and service my tankless water heater. After a conversation about missing the spring service and wanting to have it cleaned this fall instead of waiting until next spring, I was told that it would be part of the service today.

But when the technician finished it was not serviced. When I called to find out why, I was told by the office manager that my conversation about the tankless system never happened but they would do it for more money.

We called Allen's Air Care (AAC) to look at our HVAC unit. We are selling our house and wanted to make sure it would pass any inspections. AAC came out and inspected the unit 3 weeks ago. We were charged $125 and were told that everything looked good. We accepted an offer on our house and passed inspection, though they only checked to see if the HVAC was working and did not send a specialist.

It is now Thursday and the unit has completely stopped working. We close in 5 days, with the final walk through in 4. I called AAC about 30 minutes before they closed and explained the situation, including the clean bill of health they had given me three weeks prior. The lady who answered was nice, but said they couldn't send anyone out today.

If I want, she told me, they could send someone out tomorrow, and it will be $65 plus whatever parts are needed. No mention was made about the apparently incorrect inspection we paid for. When I agreed to have them come out, I was told that they would be by "sometime tomorrow". I understand that AAC can't catch everything; no one could. But to me, a company is defined by how they handle situations like mine.

The fact is they gave me a green light on my HVAC unit and charged me for it ($40 more then others I called after the fact). To make no mention of this - not even acknowledge it - is unacceptable. What exactly did I pay for? Don't you stand behind your work at all? Then, knowing my time-sensitive situation - not to mention how HOT it is today - the best you can give me is your standard price and an 8 hour window for when you'll show up?

I ended up canceling my appointment and going with Parker's Heating and Cooling, who were far more helpful, talking me through some things (after hours on their own time) to look at in case I could fix it myself. At no charge. We couldn't figure it out, but you can bet I scheduled them to come, and they'll be here first thing in the morning. That's the kind of customer service that will have me calling Parker's for the rest of my life. If you're looking for the same, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Allen's Air Care.

I contacted Allen's Air Care about an issue with our heat pump, a Ruud Achiever, manufactured by Rheem. The technician said it was frosting inside the unit and replaced a part costing $150. The next day the entire unit frosted over and the technician had to come back. He said he needed a defrost circuit board and promised to come back the next day.

After replacing the circuit board he charged us $275 for the part. That part retails for about $62. He said he wasn't charging us labor for the visit this time, as if he was doing us a favor. The way I see it, I was greatly overcharged and likely did not need the first part that was replaced. But even if I did, they overcharge by about 400 percent. Steer clear of this company.
