With current circumstances so iffy, we were apprehensive about tackling a roofing project right now. Damage from the last ice storm left us no option. Energy Masters listened to all our concerns and gave us a realistic picture of what was needed and available. Once the work started we were sure we had made a good decision. The crew was always professional, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and considerate.

It was an extensive project of removal, repair and replacement. All roof work was done in a day. Gutters and leaf guard came a couple days later. We cannot overstate how pleased we were with the whole experience. We strongly recommend Energy Masters.

Jim came by to assess my project last week regarding insulation and ventilation. He was professional, insightful and offered some helpful tips. It was clear to me he is an expert in his craft and is most interested in seeing homeowners well served.

Jim and his team were fantastic from the time I had the initial call to set up an estimate to the time the roof was completed. They kept me updated throughout the process and, even when unexpected surprises came up, they were very open about the cost and expedient with fixing the problem. They had my roof completely torn off and reinstalled the new one in less than 8 hours. This company is fantastic and I would definitely use them for future home improvements.

Jim and Kennedy were EXTREMELY responsive. I called on Saturday and they were out on Monday AM for a roof leak. Kennedy was nice enough to do a full roof inspection and video for us when we asked. Unfortunately, we needed an entire new roof. We have used this company before for another issue and were happy, so we moved forward without getting another quote (I usually always get 2-3 quotes for services).

The next day, our roof leak became much worse. We called Jim and he was able to move things up and get us taken care of in a very quick manner. He really cared and explained things in a way we would understand. The team was large and professional. Everything was done within a day. They took care of our property. Our new roof really looks great and compliments our home nicely. He also recommended installing new attic vents. We are hoping this will help with our air conditioning costs in the summer.
