Copeland & Son are the best. I have used other services in the past, but these people are a cut above. They go above and beyond what others would do in order to provide the best service and helped us with an additional in our home that just "bothered them" because the other provider didn't do work that were up to Copeland's standards. I had two other companies come out to my house to look at my broken AC this past summer (during an extreme hot spell). Both companies charged for a service call. On top of that, they each wanted to charge me an additional $275 to $280 to do tests (diagnostics) for coil leaks - and my AC still wouldn't have been fixed. I was shocked that my two year old unit could already have coil leaks.

One of those companies tried to charge me $270 for adding coolant, which he said might leak out and would have to be added again (with an additional charge). My son in-law recommended Copeland & Son. The office staff were so friendly and understanding. They sent someone out quickly. The technician was very kind and informative. He knew what was wrong immediately.

He said the person who installed my unit (only two years ago) didn't follow codes when he installed my unit. He said, "There's nothing wrong with your coils or your unit, it's your supply line." All of this should have been done by the installer (who was also one of the two people who came out before Copeland & Son). I had a king size headboard, footboard, frame and slats in front of my crawlspace door and a ton of things stored in my crawlspace.

I'm sure they must have had to move everything to do the repair. Copeland & Son must have had to move everything in front of the door to get in my crawlspace as well, in order to do their work. They never complained or said anything about it. I couldn't even tell they moved anything, until I recently went in my crawlspace and saw that they actually left my crawlspace more organized and straightened out than it was. I couldn't tell anyone had been in my house and my AC was fixed. Thank you Copeland & Son, for being so honest and kind. I won't call anyone else. Kristina

Highly recommend. They helped my old system last for 25+ years, and now have installed a new system with all new ductwork including a smart thermostat. They've serviced our family 45+ years answering calls 24/7. Great family business who knows what they are doing.

After our hot water heater went out with under house flooding, we were quoted a price by Copeland. I asked questions about the break-down of the cost to replace. Instead of answering my questions, they gave me the answer that a third party does their flat-rate pricing and then withdrew their proposal saying they now would not fix it after us being with contract for 3+ years under our ownership and servicing our house for 10+ years.

We were without hot water for 8 days! The Lee company came out same day after Copeland refused to answer questions and do the work, quoted less, put in a better hot water heater than Copeland was going to put in, took out excess pipe that Copeland put in initially (now our water heats up in 1/2 the time), explained pricing and were lovely people.

Copeland & Son installed 2 new PTAC units with wall thermostats in my home and they did a fantastic job! Nathan came and gave me the estimate, he was professional and friendly. They were able to schedule the install very soon, showed up on time (on the coldest day of the year), and worked to get the job finished quickly. They were super nice to my dogs as well! I would definitely recommend this company and I'll be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

I have been using Copeland and Son for several years, as have my parents. They are are honest, kind, and competent. I have never had an issue. We had an issue on the fourth of July last summer with a broken thermostat and I was able to talk to Nathan, who called me back while he was at a fireworks show. I would highly recommend them.

Every time our heater would come on we would get a lot of clacking noises. I had three different people come out to fix it and they could not. I called Copeland and Son and spoke to Frank Copeland. He was the first person that actually understood the problem. As a result, he came out to our house, took a look at the problem and gave us an estimate of what would have to be done to fix it.

We gave him the job and they did exactly as they said they would do. The work started on time, ended on time, stayed on budget and, most importantly, the problem is finally fixed. We could not be more happy with the service and would highly recommend you call Frank Copeland.

My husband and I recently purchased a home. Copeland and Son provided the home inspection as well as an estimate to replace the ductwork and clean both systems. The technicians that come out were very polite and made sure we knew how to operate both systems in the home. We highly recommend C&S!

Our AC unit quit working at 7:30pm last night. I am pregnant and have a 2 year old, so we really needed a cool house! I called Copeland & Son and Frank was at our house within 30 minutes. He stayed until 10pm replacing the motor so we were able to sleep last night. He was polite and professional, and I am grateful for the service. Thank you, Frank!

I just called this company and explained that my air conditioning was out. I told the receptionist I needed somebody there ASAP so I was calling around. They were the first I called as I am a returning customer. I will not be anymore. Her only response to me was "I don't play that game". Then she hung up. I don't recommend these people unless you want to be treated like dirt.

These guys are inconsiderate to the neighbors of the home they're working at. They've been to my neighbor's condo at least four times in the past couple of weeks. They always block the alley with their truck. Today, instead of blocking his carport they blocked mine, so I couldn't leave. When I finally found one of the I asked them to move their truck to in front of his carport so I could leave. I ran a quick errand, and when I returned, they moved their truck back where it was, blocking my carport again. Totally inconsiderate.
