Brian came out and did a service on our machine! Very informative and was able to fix the loud buzzing noise at start up! Extremely happy with Bartlett heating & cooling! Highly recommended! Vince was also very nice to work with! Great team!

Don was phenomenal in cleaning out the air ducts. I was astonished at what all was trapped in Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning. If you have cats like I do I suggest getting the odor eliminator. It's an additional cost but it's definitely worth it. I have two cats and they live in the back bedroom. With the odor eliminator, my place smells fantastic and especially feels and smells clean

I cannot say enough good things about this business. From Laura answering my phone calls and getting everything set up, to Vince coming out and providing the quote, to Sam, Sam, and Leo doing the install. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Vince's quote is what sold me. He explained to me what I needed and why I needed it. When he quoted gave me the numbers, he said this is the price for the furnace, this is the price for the air conditioner, and this is the price for the humidifier, and if you need to finance it, just divide that price by 24.

There was no extra in the price. Everything was very straight forward and I was not treated like an idiot, unlike some of the big advertising companies did. The install could not have gone better and they finished exactly when they thought they would. I would highly recommend Bartlett heating and air!

The office called me to let me know technician was running ahead of schedule. They asked if I would be able to move my appointment up which i was able to. Bartlett Heating and Air is amazing! I called late in the evening when my furnace went out and the answering service scheduled my appointment first thing in the morning between 8 and 10 o'clock. She was understanding and just fantastic!. In the morning, Jake the technician called me and told me he would be at my house at 8 o'clock! He was friendly and professional and explained everything to me and my son. I will Definitely be using Bartlett Heating and Air for all my HVAC needs.

Our heater decided to quit and while it was a warm day for January I was panicked about getting it fixed quickly. Called them in the morning and they said they could have a tech out between 1 and 4. Was texted and emailed when our tech was on the way (Vince; he was fantastic!) and our tech was really helpful and was willing to explain what was going on etc. Vince fixed the problem as best as he could (our heater has EXTENSIVE water damage and we knew we would have to be replacing it sometime) and gave us his professional opinion on what to do next. So glad we found them and will be working with them again (though hopefully not too soon :) )

I had a new furnace and AC installed on 1-13-22. The 3 young men that came did an excellent job from start to finish. They came in and immediately covered their shoes and put down blankets to protect my hardwood floors. When the job was complete they went over the new equipment and explained some details that I needed to know. They removed all the old equipment and left everything clean and neat. I highly recommend this company. Very professional team.
