I have to change my first review from 5 to 1 because I am having a problem with this company, after I spend 10k for new A/C unit and furnace. Sistem was working properly only 2 days, since that one repair service was done but did not fix a problem. My thermostat set at 70 and I barely got 77 at my house. Customer service representative mention that they can send a technician but will have to charge me $125 because it's after-hours service, I been told from salesperson that his company do care about customers, do a good work and have a great service. Not so far.

Water softener, water heater and Grundfos circulation pump: Ken Gehrke responded to our call to take a look at the aforementioned water softener and heater and assisted us in forming a plan to put all of this "on track". We then scheduled the removal and installation of the new softener and new heater, as well as the circulation pump, within a few days of Ken's visit.
Throughout the installation day: Scott Bethel and crew were very professional, respectful of our home spaces and completed the removal of the old items and installation of the new in a timely manner. We highly recommend Air Mechanical, Scot and his crew.

Our furnace was producing a burning smell so we contacted Air Mechanical for a diagnostic. Unfortunately it needed replacement but our experience with everyone from the Air Mechanical team was incredible. Andrew came out for the diagnostic and was quick to identify the issue and recommended a replacement. Our system was producing carbon monoxide so it was red tagged and the gas was shut off for safety. Blake came out immediately for an estimate and was able to push our installation date up since we have a toddler in the house.
He was great to work with and we didn't feel like we were being upsold. He provided us with several options and recommended a system based on our needs. All in all this was done in 3 days from the original visit to installation. Kyle and his team did an excellent installation job and went above and beyond dealing with the prior installation which was awful. We are very pleased with the service provided and will continue to work with them moving forward.

Mark from Plumbing has helped out a few times in our home and he is the bomb. He gets the job done quickly and never makes any kind of mess. Talks me through what he's doing so I can see what may be manageable as DIY in the future or continue calling Mark. Always pleasant, always quick. I give 5 stars for the quality of service and responsiveness. I don't know enough about the industry to give any feedback on Pricing but I feel I've gotten the value out of Air Mechanical over the years.

Ken came out and after I explained the issue promptly said that the water heater was old, you can't get parts for it, it needs to be replaced and promptly gave me an almost $6000 quote to do the work. He didn't look at anything or even touch the water heater. A search on YouTube identified the issue and I was able to correct it myself in 15 minutes.
I was charged the $98 fee to basically write me a quote to replace something that doesn't need to be replaced. Also parts are readily available online from the manufacturer. Poor service.

We have been loyal customers of AM for approximately 22 years. We have always had great service and we recently had them clean our ducts because they do not subcontract but have their own in house tech John. John is very good at what he does and AM has provided him the latest and greatest truck mount equipment to do the job! You get what you pay for so for that reason I would recommend AM to clean your ducts.

They did a great job installing our water treatment system. We live in an old house and when we forgot to tell them we didn't want outdoor water softened, Carter can back the next business day and had it fixed within an hour of us explaining how our outdoor water plumbing works. Nice guys, respectful of our space and time. Thanks Carter, and Air Mechanical team!

William was prompt and professional when he arrived to clean out our clogged sewer line. He clearly explained what he was going to do, and how much it was going to cost. Also, he was extremely clean with all of his work and tools. Tarps and drop cloths were laid out to keep the house as clean as possible while he was working. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service we received, and will definitely use them again.

We had this tricky issue with a mistakenly connected supply ductwork in the house we just purchased. Contacted at least 10+ companies including one hour time heating and air, none of them were able to think outside the box and provide a feasible and cost-effective solution, but only want your money. I am so glad I found this company. Everyone involved in this project are willing to listen and to think of the best solution. Price was very reasonable and transparent. Thanks to them my son can sleep in a warm room now. I highly recommend this great team.

We purchased four Nest IQ outdoor cameras for the exterior of our house. On the Nest website it listed their Pro Installers and one of them was Air Mechanical. I did some research on the company and looked at their reviews. All seemed well so I called and Kyle answered the phone. I told him I wanted to schedule an install for four exterior Nest IQ cameras.
He mentioned that an appointment was going to be a ways out but that was OK with me. I specifically mentioned that the back of our house will require a two story ladder. He said that he would make sure he noted that and that the installer would have one when they came to do the job. An appointment was scheduled for August 6 between Noon and 5:00pm.
I did not receive a confirmation call and today when I hadn't heard anything by 1:00 I called. The lady that answered the phone said I was not on the schedule but that they could get someone out to do our job anyway. About a half hour later I received a call from Brian, their master electrician, he wanted to know more about the job and asked when I was put on the schedule as I wasn't there this morning.
I told him the story and he said he'd come over and do our job. I mentioned that the back of our house is two stories and will require a sufficient ladder. It was at this point that he told me it's going to be a two man job and doesn't think today will work but he'll check and either he or the office will get back to me. Well, he called me back and said August 16 between 10:00 and 4:00 is now the soonest they could do our job.
I asked him for a rough estimate of what our job will cost and he started rambling about their "service plans" and how if I spent $159 for the electrical service plan it would save me this and that. I listened for like three minutes straight and couldn't get a word in edgewise. When he finally let me get a word in I asked a few questions and we hung up the phone. Called the office and let them know we will not be rescheduling.
Not one person I talked with offered an apology for their error or my inconvenience. Never. Ever. Ever. Will we think about using this company again. I don't care who recommends them!

I needed a new programmable thermostat installed. Dalton arrived at the exact time that was given to me. He was very helpful, friendly and respectful of my home. He also explained my new thermostat to me so I understood how to work it, along with the app that I could use. One thing that surprise me was that the company sent me information on Dalton, including his picture, so I knew it was him when he came to my door.
That was really nice. The office staff was also very helpful and friendly when scheduling my appointment. I would absolutely reach out to Air Mechanical for any future needs.

I needed a new A/C unit outside my house. I took a picture of the factory sticker on the unit that contained the model and size information needed to get a comparable estimate. I only live a few miles away, so I thought I'd stop by to request a quote. I spoke with the receptionist upon entry and she called a sales person and gave me the phone.
After explaining my situation she said they'd have to schedule someone to come out. I explained that I have everything needed to provide a quote with me. She repeated that they would have to send someone out. This didn't make sense to me as I was trying to be efficient. I agreed to have an in house estimate. She then asked if morning or afternoon worked best.
I said anytime after three works best. She went on to tell me that I would need to provide an available window from 12-5. I explained that I didn't want to take time off from work for this estimate and that anytime after three would work. We then agreed that one of my kids or wife could be there. She then told me to that the estimate would be $100 so make sure to leave them with funds to pay the man!
This was all over the phone in be lobby of this business. Gave the receptionist back the phone and walked out. I will never do business with a company that charges for a quote.

I had a furnace repaired after hours, service Tech was able to solve problem and was pleasant. Price was very high, twice what it should be. I guess when it's winter and you have no heat they can charge whatever they want. No indication of final price was given prior to service. I would suggest to discuss potential price outcomes prior to service.

Great company! They did a thorough job in looking at our furnace. Our rep Dalton was great. He had great knowledge of the furnace and explained all of our options for future fixes answering all of my questions. There wasn't any pressure to incur the cost right then and there to fix some items that were showing wear. He provided options and cost to fix if we wanted to down the road. I was extremely pleased with this company.

We have used Air mechanical for 22 years and come to trust them and their experts. Their tech was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He always showed us while he explained what was wrong and suggestions for options. The sale person was very nice and gave us many options. Both of the employees were prompt and very ethical. It was nice to get calls to let us know when the people would be here. Highly recommend this company!

I 'won' a free humidifier. Air Mechanical installed it in the furnace system and I was set up. Shortly after, a transformer failed in the furnace. They came back and installed a new transformer at a cost of nearly $400. A couple days later, that transformer blew the internal fuse. Air Mechanical returned and installed a new transformer. I made sure the humidifier was never turned on until I got in a new furnace, it was worked great ever since. And no, Air Mechanical did not install the new furnace and will never be back in my house.
