I am really disappointed how this company conduct its business. I had issue with my furnace and I called this company. Company sent two young men to my place to check what is wrong with my furnace. They found the issue which was inducer motor. Instead fixing the problem, they took two pictures which was really bad pictures and told me that furnace need to be replaced.
They became sales representative than tech. The whole time they were talking about how bad my furnace was and need to replaced. When I noticed that their intention is not fixing the problem, I let them talk and listen and act like I am interesting. They told me that sales representative will contact me to size the furnace from their company. What they didn't understand is that my background is mechanical engineering and my day job is manufacturing engineer.
They did not know what they were talking about and they were dishonest, manipulating customer to sale product that they don't need. I will never bother calling them again and advice anyone not to do business with this company.

AC went out on the hottest day of the year. I called eight other places closer to me about an hour north of the metro and they were booked out 3-8 days. Found Air Comfort and was surprised they serviced all the way up in Isanti. Not only that, but they gave me a window that a tech could be here within three or four hours. He arrived in under two hours and solved the issue within 30 minutes.
I believe his name was Jim. Very friendly. The appointment schedule was also friendly and called to give about 30 minutes notice of when he would arrive. I will be using them for all heating and cooling business. Highly recommend.

GOT HOME NO HEAT5+ stars for this company! 7:51pm my call was immediately answered by receptionist. 8:11 owner, Jim, called me. He would have preferred sending someone out 1st thing in the morning; but when I told him I'd have to miss work, he came himself. 8:50pm owner was at my home replacing the thermostat. No charge. Highly recommend this company!
I love my Trane 2 stage furnace and AC. Night to day difference from what I had before. John was my salesperson. He was great too. I spent a lot of time researching brands, companies, ratings, customer reviews and prices. I knew both the brand and this company were rock solid.

We can't say enough of how great the people are and how great the service is with this place. Everyone we dealt with was professional, kind, prompt and an absolutely pleasure to work with. This place is family owned and we just can't say enough good things about our experience from start to finish with our AC unit and installation. We are incredibly picky when it comes to customer service and these guys (and gal that answers the phone) are the real deal. Just good hard working people. When we need our furnace replaced (hopefully not too soon) we will be giving them a call!
