All in all, they have a small-business feel that I appreciate. Jeff, the owner and in charge of sales, has a laid back, direct, no bull approach. Very friendly and cordial and easy to establish rapport. Jeff will give you options, but will also make a recommendation based on your needs (e.g., basic vs. high-efficiency, single vs. variable speed, etc.). Pricing has always been competitive, if not the best of multiple bids. Denise, the office manager, is also very kind, sweet, and accommodating.
Always been a pleasure speaking to her, either as a conduit to sales, or for a maintenance or repair call. The technicians have not been perfect, but always professional and respectful. We've used MN HVAC for our two homes and two sets of furnace and AC installations. Overall, we've had great luck with the Bryant brand and have had only one significant issue in the last 17 years, when an AC died on us right at the end of a summer in its 11th year. The cause remains a mystery. No doubt, MNHVAC will continue to service our home for years to come -- should we ever need it.

I was recommended by my aunt to use this company, there pricing with great. Right in the middle point. Which is good with me. So, I thought! IWILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR ANY AIR AND HEATING WORK. It is a joke, how unprofessional they could be, so I was okay with price change, unnecessary service add on, and being late. But what I was not okay with is the professionalism Toward customer, they damage my Downspouts and told me it was my fault that I didn't mention it was done week before? Very sad.

Furnace went down on January 9th when temps were 1 degree outside. The house was frigid and I called to see if they could look at the furnace. I explained the issue (the flame had been short cycling) and the service manager told me how to fix the problem over the phone. Needless to say, this saved me money and it saved the company time on what was probably a busy day. This is going above and beyond and much appreciated.

This company does work hourly and it definitely shows, techs we had out spent a lot of time doing nothing and billing for it. They were reluctant to perform any service except add coolant, which would bring them more money when the system stops working again a few months later. Eventually I convinced them to test for leaks at a return visit. This company convinced me I needed a new coil for my furnace, and charged me full price even though it was still under manufacturer warranty. Lo and behold the system runs out of coolant again.
I had to have another company come in and fix the mistakes. This company doesn't stand behind their work, only offering a 30 day warranty. Eventually I was able to get them to pay partially for work I had to get redone through another company, but it was not worth the repeated cussing and screaming from representatives at the company over the phone. It was definitely the worst interaction I've ever had with a company. And in the end it wasn't even the amount they promised.
