I used Ditter to get a mini-split system installed in my house. They were able to install units in my attics, which not many other companies offered. Unfortunately they couldn't stick to their installation timeline (2-3 day job turned into 7+ days over the course of a little over a month since they didnt estimate/plan properly). Additionally they damaged one of my walls and ceilings, and after we negotiated price to get those holes repaired, they still haven't paid out or even really responded with more information in over a month despite my follow ups.

Overall their prices seem competitive with other places, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I wouldn't recommend dealing with the hassle of using them.

Technician came out the same day as we had a loud noise coming from the furnace. Although once he arrived the noise wouldn't present itself, he did clean out the furnace and replace the filter. I've been a customer of Ditter for several years for both routine maintenance and repairs. I have always been impressed by the Company's staff and products. Recently, I had an issue that I assumed was related to my HVAC. Ditter helped to diagnose the problem, discovered it was related to another system and did not charge me for their time. Tried to do maintenance myself and got a error code. Called for a appointment from Ditter a company I worked with several years back, they came out next day and resolved my heating issue. Barry the tech was very helpful and explained where I may have gone wrong in my attempts without making me feel to bad. Will call in future when issues come up, thanks for the quick turn around.

The only issue I had was in using the online appointment I was sent a email that I answered with a go ahead and waited during my appointed time but no one came. I still got a appointment in the afternoon same day which was fine because of the warm day. So I recommend if you use online appointment call in morning to check that you are on the books. Barry helped explain the issue with people making appointments for several companies and not letting Ditter know they canceled which was not the case in my circumstances. Thanks Barry.

If you're looking for a professional, trustworthy, respectful, efficient and local HVAC company, Ditter is the place. They've serviced my home systems for the past 6 years and recently guided me through the process of having to replace both my furnace and air conditioner with comfort and ease. Observing their family feel, work ethic, knowledge, and skills, one can see they're experts at their craft.

Not only were they able to help fast, they did a spotless clean up AND patiently took the time to show me how to work the new systems before leaving! They will be a lifelong company for me. Feels nice to have this local business to count on!

Everything about the process was super smooth and professional. We received a detailed, reasonable estimate for a new furnace and AC unit. They didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, and they were super easy to work with. The installation team was top notch and did a nice job walking us through our equipment. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. We did a bunch of research and solicited other bids for this project, but we're so glad we went with Ditter. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Ditter Cooling and Heating installed our new gas furnace and a/c on 1/24/20 which replaced our almost 30 year old units.They took all the old units and 265 gallon oil tank too.Installation was top notch.I had them add 2 cold air returns also.EXCELLENT JOB on everything.Tim Underhill took care of all rebates and warranty registration,I just received the rebate checks last week!

Thanks Tim and the whole crew that installed the Carrier furnace and A/C...Very happy! There was a furnace condensate leak on the inducer elbow on 2/25/20 which was fixed right away (under warranty) I highly recommend Ditter to everyone!!

I was looking for someone to install a vent and return in a new basement bedroom. After calling around I quickly found out that other vendors in the area will charge a trip fee upwards of $100 just to give an estimate(of course they tell you the trip charge will be included in the work, but at that point you're already in $100). Ditter came out for a free estimate, had a flexible timeline for the work and made sure I understood everything about the job.

The techs were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and most importantly, they did great work. Over the weekend, I noticed the temperature was a bit off in our son's room upstairs. They were back out first thing on Monday, and said they weren't leaving until I was comfortable with how everything was working. I can't recommend them enough.

If you need furnace/AC or boiler work done for whole house heated water and floor heating Ditter is the one to call. I called and spoke with Tim Underhill and he answered everyone of my questions I had and quoted a fair price for my furnace and boiler. I did my research and nknew what i needed done. I had 4 other very well know companies come in and bid then I heard of Ditter from a friend.

I usually don't throw other companies under the bus but here it is. HERO, GenzRyan,Dean's, and Centerpoint energy all quoted me double what I was quoted from Ditter. I even showed Tim the quote and he said he could never justify a quote like that. He educated me on what my HOUSE needed not just what was in my house previously like all other companies did.

Know in this little review of the company isn't much but I loved working with Ditter and Tim and will never have to search for any other company to take care of my AC/Heating needs, EVER....... Thanks Ditter and Tim, you made our home cool in the summer and Cozy in the winter.

We had Ditter recently install our Carrier ductless. Professionally done, kept us very comfortable particularly when temperatures were at the warning level and high humidity. Also, a nice feature, crew scattered drop cloths all over our house to insure no cleanup after they left. Highly recommend Dave E

Our AC went out during 90 degree weather on a holiday weekend. They were the ONLY ones willing to come out. They were very prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. They fixed our AC for a reasonable price and left us with smiles on our faces. Can't recommend them enough!!!

Dont need to call anyone else. owner actually responded to my email at 1030 at night and Dan (service tech) was here within a day. very knowledgeable and super friendly. A++ for these guys

When our 30 year old furnace gave on Tuesday night, Ditter was able to service it on Wednesday morning. We knew we were looking at replacing it sometime, so decided to go for it when several major problems were detected. Within 1 hr, loaner space heaters were bought to our home, and we had an appt for replacement next day. All service and sales personnel were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They earned our trust, thank you! Lynne G
