Just had our air conditioning service by J and J air the unit is nine years old and has never been serviced We couldn't be happier they came when they said they would serviced the unit and we're finished within the hour Jesse was a great technician he explained the problem He checked the entire system instead of assuming that the one problem was our ONLY Problem Will certainly will be using them in the future and asking for Jessie and his 16 years of experience

Jesse is very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. His work was quick and efficient and we feel assured of his great work! James also helped us and was just as great as Jesse. He was transparent about the issues with our unit and suggested a replacement. He made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision making without us feeling any pressure or unease. We would gladly welcome Jesse or James back into our home for any future services we may need and highly recommend them both!

I received quotes from other companies. This company was the best. Took time to go over my needs. Did not oversell and came back days later with different options. This is an excellent business! Jeremy employs the best! Courteous and knowledgeable when they work. Our last technician, Scott Smith, was so personable and professional. I have used this company for all of my HVAC needs for the past couple of years and I couldn't be more satisfied! Professional, punctual and trustworthy. Scott is a great technician. Thanks J & J!

The only reason I am not giving a one star is because I was given a same day appointment during the cold weeks we are having. Our technician was very friendly, came with boots and mask. I was told on the phone when I made the appointment there is a $75 service fee and then a charge for any repairs that are needed to be done. Be sure to get clarification on what a service fee is!

Apparently a service fee includes them knocking on your door only. With other companies, granted we come from Georgia, a service fee includes running a diagnostic to let you know what needs to be repaired. Not this company. You are charged for a door knock and then another fee for them to check your system. our fee was another $140 to check wires and to make sure heat blows from our system. which sounds like a diagnostic to me.

Nothing was repaired, so it amazes me our actual service fee was over $200. Very unsatisfied with their pricing. I went with this company based on reviews saying they are reasonably priced.

J&J installed the top end Trane unit in our home which we purchased in 2018. J&J performed routine maintenance in the interim. When the coil failed one month after the warrantee expired, despite us being second owners of the home, J&J convinced Trane to replace it under warrantee. WOW! J&J will have our business here on out. When we called J&J's competitor with whom we had contracted to replace the coil, the competitor praised J&J for doing this and advised us to take J&J's offer to replace the coil under warrantee. So this 5 star review comes with an implied great review from J&J's major competitor in the area.

J&J service person came to our home to service our heat pump with a professional attitude. He checked out our heating issue, with us knowing nothing about heat pumps, he explained the problem and we were satisfied with service and honesty. We were charged a small service cost. We recommend J&J to all our friends, good people to have on your side in a HVAC crisis. We plan to join their service plan.

Jesse showed up on time and was so professional. He discussed his findings he found thru the scheduled maintenance. Gave his advice and never pushed anything on me. I ended up having him install an air scrubber to help ease my allergies and reduce the dust in my house. Extremely happy with J and J, by far an amazing company. Highly recommend.

Shown S. From J&J was an absolute delight. He was very meticulous and systematic during the maintainer. I particularly liked the fact that he wore a mask and a shoe cover. I will ask for him specifically next time. I bought two units from J&J and they are also performing my bi-annual Maintanance. It's small company, infect the owner calls you if you have an issue with the unit. I highly recommend them.

I have a rental condo that needed a new ac unit. Living out of state, I was able to do everything via telephone and email with Chris. Other companies were trying to rip me off and tried to sell me a unit much too big for the condo, j &j (Chris) was honest and I felt so comfortable with them. The service was outstanding and the hvac unit quoted was fair. This company even includes free follow up after install to ensure the unit is running effectively. I highly recommend this company.

Called them up for service on my condo and they came the same day. Great service, very friendly and had everything I needed up and running in no time. They were very flexible with my schedule as well. I highly recommend J&J!

I am really impressed with J&J Air. They do something all of us hope for when choosing a company like them to work with.they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. This is a rare quality in the service industry here at the beach so when I find it, I feel the need to let others in on the 'secret'. After my new unit was installed, a day or so later an issue came up. the cold air wasn't kicking as strong as it should. Jeremy's guys came out super fast to diagnose and fix the problem. Turned out to be a defective part that came from the manufacturer.

Never the less Cole, the tech, spotted the problem, swapped out the part and we've been living in perfect AC since. On the whole the entire experience from diagnosing the problem with my old unit.to hooking me up with financing thru Santee Cooper where I basically pay zero interest over 5 years and they work the payment into my monthly power bill.to installing and servicing the new unit.

I couldn't be happier with the entire process and couldn't be happier with the way these guys do business. I'm guessing there are probably hundreds of HVAC companies here at the beach. J&J might be the best kept secret in the industry.
