Our technician, AJ, is honest and trustworthy. If he makes a recommendation, I take it. When things are working fine, he says so. In other words, he doesn't "create problems " where none existed before. We had used another AC service years ago, but they were very expensive and tried to sell us things we didn't need. We have been with Coastal Cooling for about 8 years and couldn't be happier. Coastal Cooling is the best around.

Coastal Cooling was ever so prompt and professional in every aspect of submitting a proposal and the actual installation. All the technicians went to great pains to explain the operation and the settings of the thermostat. We are switching to Coastal Cooling for our annual maintenance visits as well. Highly recommend! They were fast to respond to my clogged AC drain line service call and had the line cleared in no time. However, the $124 diagnostic fee, PLUS $165 to blow out the line was unreasonably high. I have no complaints about the service, but $289 for a 30 minute service call is a joke. Service: A/C system repair

Our air conditioner quit working and we needed it replaced ASAP - received two quotes and Coastal was by far the best. The team that installed it was very professional and definitely on time. Had an appointment scheduled for an estimate for air duct cleaning. When technician- I believe his name was Tim- showed up it was obvious he wasn't interested in doing the work. He left saying he would email me an estimate for the job. This was over a week ago. Never got the email or a call from anyone. I wish he would've been honest and let me know air duct cleaning was not something he was comfortable doing. It was a waste of both of our time.
