Island Air has always has been reliable and responsive and do everything as quickly as possible so that you don't have to suffer when your A/C breaks down! I was so appreciative when my A/C broke down in the middle of record heat wave and they came that day actually it was two hours and you can't even believe how happy I was to see them! They couldn't fix air because of a part they needed to order but they fixed it so the a/c would come on and work until we get the part! They're so helpful and I can't say enough about how they do everything they can to make you comfortable!

The team from Island Air was on time, very thorough and knowledgeable about their product. During installation they took precautions to keep the area clean then spent time with me to demonstrate how to operate the new system and answer all my questions. Danny showed up right on time, called to let us know he was on the way. Recently changed from the competition and so far so glad we did! He thoroughly maintenanced our unit and discovered an issue we had been having we didn't know we even had with our wifi thermostat! Better maint service than we have had in years! Didn't know what we were missing until now! Can't speak highly enough of the professionalism and how thorough the appointment was.

From the get go a great experience! Gal who answered the phone took my information and got me an appointment the same day. She was cheerful, efficient, and knowledgeable. The tech, Travis, gave me a call about 15 minutes out. He was very efficient, friendly, very knowledgeable, shared information with me to educate me as to what was going inside. He went outside, replaced a part that was defective then installed a new thermostat I had and was gone in an hour. Very pleased!

Island Air was fantastic. They are on it! I called and Julie helped to schedule an appointment and they were able to come later that say (it wasn't an urgent issue). She called me back later to give me an update. Then later that day Jason showed up and he was fast and professional and solves my issue. I'm used to working with contractors who are far less professional. There was supposed to be somebody from another local company and rescheduled twice and blames it on the rain. Great job

These folks are incredible. I started using them years ago when I managed a local company and then when I bought a house in Orange Beach, I started using them for my home services. Not once, have they ever let me down. They're responsive, typically fast to arrive, and are professional and courteous while inside your home. I truly wouldn't call anyone else. The answering service took my late night, weekend call immediately, a service repairman returned my call and scheduled me for an immediate repair in the morning. Our AC was not cooling adequately on a 93 degree day and it was a Friday afternoon. We called and they sent a service man who was working in the area. He was very busy but he came that night after his last job and repaired our unit as well as changing out our filters. We are elderly and he was very kind and courteous and a delight to talk to! Electrical work offset the AC unit. Timely and professional response from Island was exceptional. The external unit had to have sensor recalibrated and the internal system was checked. We were restored to function AC within 30 minutes. We were cautioned that the temp would not correct for several hours. It took about 8 hours and we were back to normal. Excellent service.
