Arnold A/C was on time, and very professional. Cody answered all of our questions and gave us tips on when to change the air filter and the importance on keeping the outside unit clean. A Representative came within hours of our old AC breaking down. He was super friendly, helpful and quoted several options for us to choose from and explained them thoroughly. He even left a small unit for us to use overnight until they replaced our house one, which helped make the heat more bearable. The very next day they had a team at our house by 7:30 am to remove our old system and replace it.

Everyone on the team was friendly and they worked very hard to replace the ducts in our attic which is hot in June. By the end of the day we had a total new system and a cold house again. Every part of their install is top notch, really good work. They took the time to explain everything to us so we understood the ins and outs of the new system and they cleaned up after themselves like true professionals. We are happy as can be! Can't recommend them enough, Arnold AC with be our go-to from now on.

Cannot say enough of positive things about this company from the front office, sales, Rodger (management), and techs, especially Ray. Have been with Arnold for approximately 15 years and their service has always been exceptional with all staff being professional and knowledgeable. Last week had a main circuit board fail on our 3 year old unit from a previous lightening strike.

There were only 2 boards currently available due to the national supply shortage. Rodger searched and expeditated a replacement board for us. Ray initially diagnosed the issue and skillfully installed and resolved a board communication error with the systems new board.

Happy to highly recommend Arnold A/C for reliable service over the years and for recently solving a problem with the HVAC condenser unit, in spite of difficult supply chain challenges. Yesterday, Jan 18,2022, I had my second free maintenance check of the Air Condition System by Technician David Cutler. He was a very professional and polite gentleman. Very knowledgeable. He pointed out things in the system that were needed, ie Hard Start and a few other things. He took the time to show me the inside fan and changed my filter inside the house.

He appears to be a new member of the crew but no less a welcomed addition. This is why we stay with Arnold A/C, trust and confidence. In the military we say Bravo Zulo, great job.

Jordan arrived on time and he was very polite. He listened to our issues and quickly assessed the situation and fixed our Duct Issue. He serviced our AC unit and it is running in top shape now. We hired Arnold AC to replace an existing HVAC system with a new air handler, compressor and thermostat. The salesman (Arron) came to our house and completed a very extensive review of the existing system then made recommendations. We signed the purchase order and 3 days later Steven and Kevin arrived at 7:30am to begin removing old and installing the new equipment.

Both were very profession, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. When the install was complete (+/- 6 hr later) it was better than I expected. Their work was top notch, very professional and reflected their desire to be the "best" in the field. I will always use Arnold AC and recommend you contact them for your HVAC needs.

From the estimate to sale and very speedy installation, I would highly recommend this company. They gave me a competitive price on a great AC unit and had it installed the next day. Arnold Air Conditioning was recommended to me from a friend who had used them in the past for A/C repair. I have always been skeptical with HVAC because you just never know if the company is going to do a good job. but Arnold AC was AWESOME! They were on time, easy to deal with over the phone, and took care of my issue perfectly! Steven was very polite and informative and took care of the job seamlessly! Overall excellent work! Arnold Air provided exceptional service! The sales person arrived within a few hours of our to request a bid. The price and installation date were agreed upon. A few days later the guys arrived to install our new unit. The installers were polite, professional and on time. They did an excellent job with the installation and explained the new unit and new thermostat to me. I am impressed with Arnold Air, I highly recommend this company!

Arrived back to my home on Sunday, and my AC wasn't working. Called and received a call back promptly. RAY came and explained everything that needed fixed BEFORE he did it. He spend at least 3 hours here, even working outside in the dark! Good experience

We got a brand new AC installed just over a month ago by Arnolds. I have to say I was extremely pleased by everyone here. The secretary was so sweet. Brandon our sales guy was amazing! I really enjoyed working with him. He was very knowledgeable and showed us many options that would be great for our budget. We were given a quote we couldn't pass up.

The installers showed up when they said they would and worked the whole time they were here. One of the workers even found my gold baby ring inside the intake somehow and was honest and gave it to my daughter right away. All around we had a really great experience and I now recommend Arnold's Air Conditioning to everyone! Also side note Arnold's even supplied us with a portable AC from the time we got out quote until the day of the install. Having 3 kids at home that really meant a lot!

We are not happy with the Support we got. Our new AC unit did not work as stated. Specifically we were told with the expensive unit we purchased for over 10k that we would be able to control the humidity. This feature simply does not work. I called and asked to speak with the Owner from this office, but got no return phone call. Will be calling the manufacturer and complaining also. Update:it was explained to me, after spending 10k on the unit and having it installed, that the ability of this unit to control humidity is limited.

If I had known that, I may have purchased a less expensive unit. The sales force played upon my desires and fears. This being said, I am now happy with the way the unit performs
