Robert performed our annual maintenance check. He arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. We look forward to seeing him for our next maintenance service.

We had new insulation installed in our home on 3/30/22. After this was done we started to itch & feel like fiberglass was on our our skin. We called Platts on 4/11/22 & Dalton was here the next morning. He found a 8 ft. Piece of ductwork that was split on the bottom & had to be replaced. We have been a customer of Platts for 11 years now.

They have always been professional & quick to come out when we have called them. Highly recommend this company! A big thank you to Dalton for finding the problem & replacing it quickly.

Got my estimate later that day. Robert & Isaiah did the repair work and I was very pleased. They did a great job! I would highly recommend this company.

I had a problem with my AC not blowing cold. Initially, I called another local company 2 weeks ago and they failed to diagnose the problem. "It's hot outside". Nonsense. My electric bill exploded to $350 in August because of the problem. I called Platt's today and they sent a tech over within an hour. Dalton was professional and polite but most importantly, skilled enough to diagnose the problem before even turning a wrench.

Sure enough he was right; the heater was running with the AC and pulling a lot of electricity. The result? No cold air and a huge electric bill. He fixed the problem within minutes and only charged me the service fee. I will use this company from now on and spread the word. I suggest you use them also.

If I could give more stars I would! No AC in THIS WEATHER! 90'S DURING THE DAY - OVER 101 HEAT INDEX AND HUMIDITY OVER 80% DAILY. Joey was out on time to our condo this morning. We have had an ongoing problem with AC "backing up" and not dripping outside. We have had someone out before and they seemed to just put a bandaid on the problem. Joey went above and beyond to identify what was happening over and over and completely took care of it. He explained very well how to prevent this from happening in the future. Joey deserves a big raise. Thanks so much!

Had our AC repaired today by Joey Baldwin. Very nice, polite & professional young man. Very thankful it was repaired the same day we called. Been using Platts for eight years now & always been pleased with their service.

So very thankful and relieved... A/C wasn’t working right this am. 2 years ago we were told it was only a matter of time before it had to be replaced. We anticipated close to $10,000 but it was able to be repaired for under $500!!! Happy dance!! Platt’s Air & Heat are the best!!!

Very good experience with their service department. I'm having a large group of people to my house tomorrow and a/c was acting up today at the last minute. They were booked solid but managed somehow to help me out today. Robert was terrific service rep.
