I have been using Sea Coast for years now. In the past 2 years I have purchase 2 new ac systems. Everyone I have encountered from business has been exceptional.until last night. I had a tech named Brain who came for an emergency repair. He was very rude and aggressive. He actually scolded me! He was so angry about doing his job that when he checked my air filter he pulled it out and replaced it backwards and when he had a little trouble with the fit he angrily and forcibly shoved it in which crumpled the filter and left it unusable.
I replaced it when he was gone. ABSOLUTELY the worst tech ever and I'm still shocked as this isn't the normal care I have received from this company. I'm on alert with them now.

Bought a whole new system 3 years ago and it stopped working over the weekend. I called them on Monday at noon and they had a technician out in 2 hours. Found a bad capicitor and fixed it on the spot. These people know how to operate. You don't find service like this anymore. I've bought 2 systems from this company and they are honest and fair. I highly recommend them. Don't get fooled by some low cost, no history a/c company. 5 stars for seacoast, again!

Love Seacoast because everyone we have dealt with know their stuff. They thoroughly educate you on how to maintain your system. Their employees seem to all have years of experience and appears to be a very stable company. And, the employees like working for the company. Chris came out to do a yearly maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and actually corrected a long-standing situation with our thermostat. We've never had a bad experience with customer service and Colton didn't disappoint either. He was patient and explained slowly all that was included in the maintenance service. It was easy to understand the process and even though wearing the mask (which I was happy about), you can hear the smile in his voice. Really liked Colton! Thanks again

From the salesman Rick to my 2 installation techs Jonathan and Frank my overall experience with seacoast was fantastic! They were fast, clean, efficient, polite just all around professional. Very happy with the install considering it was a job and a half but they got it done and in today's market I was expecting it to be about a thousand dollars more or so. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new ac system!

Justine is a true technician and not a salesman. We hired a technician and that is what we got. He explained everything, talked to us about what to expect in the next couple of years, and took care of a potential problem. Sea Coast A/C installed our unit 7 years ago and that went seamlessly. We have periodic maintenance and that has been a tremendous help with the a/c unit remaining problem free. Great company, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable.
