We purchased our home 8 months ago and the a/c was not cooling. Schneiss had their service schedule on the unit. I called Schneiss and our regular HVAC company we've used in the past. Schneiss made the time to fit us in on the same day. The company I've used for years told me five days minimum. Schneiss is now our go to HVAC company. They were very friendly and helpful. Great service is hard to find nowadays. Schneiss exercised great service. Our family truly appreciated their efficiency and willingness to help us. Thank you Schneiss!

This company will apparently do every in their power not to come out and fix our issue. I called the first time, told them that our heat was not working in our office and the receptionist dismissively told me to check the batteries in the thermostat and the filter and that even though the thermostat display was on and working, that was probably the issue.
She then just stopped the conversation and I said "should I check that and call you back?" and she hesitantly said "yeah. you could call us back". I then called back and said it was still not working. She then started with a barrage of accusatory questions, demanding to know if they had ever been out to our location before. I said yes, that they usually work for the landlord, who had asked me to call.
She then asked for the landlord's name and stated that there was nobody by that name and that she couldn't help us because he would have to call, even though she had no idea who he was. I then asked if she could look up by address, she found us in their database by the name of the old tenant who was in our suite. I said yes, that's the right one. She said they still cannot come out without the landlord calling.
I told her I had plumbers out last week and this wasn't a problem and that the landlord had asked us to call because he was busy. I also told her I would provide payment up front if needed and that I wasn't asking for anything besides maintenance on an existing system. She refused to help me because "I wasn't the owner". This is amazing to me since she has no idea what we are responsible for in our lease and many many commercial tenants are responsible for a share of their own maintenance, which we are.
I called Albiero plumbing and HVAC and within 5 minutes, they had collected all the necessary info and had someone dispatched and on the way. I have never seen a company try so hard to avoid getting paid. Would not recommend at all.

When our furnace went out, I called Schneiss, and the owner came out to diagnose the problem himself. Then he came back an hour later with a used blower/motor to get it running again until they could replace it with a new Carrier furnace the next week. They didn't charge me for the repair visits or the used motor and gave us a very good deal on the new furnace. He also threw in a new thermostat at no charge. The guys who later replaced the furnace got right to work and knew what they were doing. Highly recommended.

Our furnace went out in sub zero temps; Schneiss were fast to commit to making a service call. It turned out our furnace was shot and needed replacement. The owner and his staff bent over backward to get install a new unit for us by the end of the next day, at a fair price and without pressure. They were professional and fair every step of the way.

Found out I needed a new furnace and had to scramble to get quotes before making a decision on who to use. Jay came out and quoted the job fielding all my questions and provided advice as well as options for the job. Ultimately, I ended up with four quotes and chose Schneiss because of the competitive bid along with the comfort level I had after meeting Jay.
A couple days later I met the installers at my place who were on time and friendly, completing the installation in a timely manner and I returned to a warm home after work, just in time for winter.

Yesterday my husband and I noticed that the house was kind of warm, but the AC was on. We noticed the fan on the condenser outside wasn't running. We shut off the AC and opened the windows. I then searched for local HVAC companies. I always read reviews and Schneiss had good reviews so at 8 am this morning, I called and left a message. They called back about 25 minutes later.
I was told a tech would be out between 12-4 pm. Being that the temp is supposed to get to 94 degrees today, I totally understood. Less than an hour later Jay (owner) called me to say he would be stopping out as the tech wasn't going to be able to make it. He fixed the unit in about 15 minutes! I highly recommend this group for your HVAC needs. I'll be calling again in the next month or so to schedule a furnace check up for the winter! Thank you Jay & Team!

Our furnace decided to go out on a Saturday morning and we contacted Schneiss Heating and Air Conditioning. We ended up needing a new furnace and we were walked through it step-by-step. They were willing to answer all of our questions and everyone we dealt with was incredibly kind. I feel this company is very honest and we got a superior product for what we paid.
