Our furnace died on a few really cold days of the year so far, couldn't have happened at a worse time. We called H-M inc in the morning, and they came out in that same afternoon to figure out what we needed and what we had to choose from. We picked the new furnace out, they ordered it, and it was to come in possibly by the next day or in 2 days from ordering it.

Low and behold, they called in the morning to say it was already in and they were sending the team out for the replacement by mid morning. Two of the technicians came with the equipment, took the old one out, installed the new one, worked on adding some duct work and were done by the end of the day. We had heat! Very friendly tech's, easy to communicate with questions we had, and they kept everything covered and cleaned. Good systems they have going for them, figure it out and get the job done!

When we knew our home water boiler required replacement, there was only one phonecall I made: Horsch & Miller. H&M has serviced our home boiler in the past and has always provided quality and timely service. Choosing H&M for a new boiler was our way of insuring the best product and installation for our home and for the longevity of the boiler. H&M is second-to-none!

Scott the plumber did a great job replacing some valves for me, as I had unexpected spigot failures. I recommend Horsch and Miller!

H&M recently completed a remodel of one of our bathrooms and did an excellent job. They used several well qualified contractors. All were skilled, professional, and helpful. In addition to being excellent tradespeople, each business was also able to offer valuable advice in selecting products, colors, and styles that matched. We were having an early thanksgiving dinner with our family on a Saturday evening and right as the turkey was coming out of the oven the water pressure in the house stopped completely. Scott did an excellent job installing my new A/C. I also had Horsch & Miller install a new hot water heater in my home and again another excellent job. They are do a very through job and are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!
