Day & Night Air Conditioning

Yesterday my parents a/c went out mid afternoon. It was 85 degrees inside. My Dad was recently seriously injured after a fall, so to have him in no a/c was troubling to say the least. Will Puesan showed up on time, quickly fixed the problem. He was professional, polite and provided a life saving service. They already use Day & Night maintenance for their a/c and will continue to do so. Thank you!

CAUTION! Do Not use this company unless you want to be taken for a ride. Terrible service not sure if it is dishonesty or incompetence! Their only goal is to sell you a new AC. And then when you call the office nobody in management will return your call unless you keep calling back several times. The owner is rude and does not care about customer service or his customers.

I was disappointed that I was sent an employee that was not vaccinated. My wife has stage four cancer and we live in a gated community full of seniors many with pre-existing conditions. Service: Cleaning

AC went out on a Monday night- Danilo came out on Tuesday and was incredibly professional. He spent a few hours trying to figure out the problem. He communicated with me every step of the way with realistic timelines and what he was finding etc. He told me they had to order a part and that they would have someone come back out on Weds to install it.

True to his word Danilo came back out on Weds afternoon and it seemed to be a pretty big project so he called in someone else to help. They were at the house until 5:30 to make sure that everything was up and running before they left. He worked incredibly hard to ensure we didn't spend another night in a hotel! It turns out they went through hoops to get the piece we needed- even driving an hour away to get it.just to make sure we were up and running by end of day yesterday.

With the work force issues we are all seeing now I was so thrilled to have the experience I had with this company and Danilo. I felt completely assured that no stone would be left unturned and we were in the best of hands. Thank you so much for all you did to help!

We have been customers of Day & Night for over 20 years. They actually answer the phone, return calls, show up on time the same day, and get the job done! This company used to be good, but service has gone way down. Every time they come to perform a maintenance for my mother in law in Naples something always seems to be broken and it needs to be replaced immediately. She is 89 years old and I am sick of them taking advantage of the elderly with their scare tactics. Her unit is only 6 years old. They are very unprofessional and refuse to return calls or the owner/manager are always out of the office when we do get to speak to someone. I will be reporting them to the state and highly advise you seek out another HVAC company.

We have had a maintenance contract from this company for 4 years. Every time they come they say something is broken and we get charged thousands more dollars. The last time they were here, they told me the price went up without advance notice. They also had to cut open a vent to change the filter. My house was painted 4 years. So, they obviously had not done maintenance at all but charges us for it for 4 years on top of charging us for all kinds of extra work.

Less than a week after our last "service" the upstairs unit broke. The new company took pictures. The wires and wheel are covered in mold. The unit has never been maintained. This company is a complete sham. Save your money, time and aggravation. Get a different company!

Horrible service by tech. Very aggressive sales pitch. When he arrived I showed him where the unit was and he told me he would get back to us when he found out what was wrong. He came back with a laundry list of repairs costing over $2k. My husband wanted to get a second opinion so I told him I'd get back to him and he became very hostile and demanding I fix the unit today.

I sent him on his way and called a company my neighbor referred to me and it was a simple capacitor replacement. $156 and our home is back to 74 degrees and cooling perfectly. I do not recommend

We highly recommend Day And Night Air condition, we've been using your services close to 15 years, 10 years ago they replaced our whole new system, we have an annual service, that we're always happy with, they provide quick emergency response, and if I ever have a question Luis personally calls me back. I've recommended throughout our neighborhood and our neighbors are happy as well.

I have used Day and Night for seven years now. Sadly over the last year or two service has declined to the point where I am sorry to some extent that I purchased my system from them. Service has to improve. Day and Night use to be one of the best companies in Naples to do business with. I hope that they can once again get their service back to what it once was.

I should also add that when I finally did get a service tech to the house he was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and made the long wait for service almost worth it.
