We arrived at our home to find out the air was not working. We called Wicked Cool based on their reviews. Within 8 hours Mike was at our home, found the problem and repaired it. He was very personable, professional and explained everything he was doing. We were happy they offered a service contract for the future. We highly recommend this company!

We recently had Wicked out to fix an AC system issue. The owner Andy came out next day and ran some diagnostic testing to identify our issue. Andy was able to identify our system flow issue quickly when other companies were unable to identify the issue after several visits. He gave us several options to remedy the situation and had a worker out the following day to fix our issue. Would highly recommend - these guys know AC/HVAC units!

Installed replacement system, their install team was very professional and arrived when they said they would and completed install when they said they would. When I arrived home from work to find my thermostat at 82 degrees and climbing, I called Wicked Cool. Within minutes, they had me in touch with a tech (Mike) who was already on his way to me, and had been briefed on my situation. He arrived and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes - I had a blown motor, and it was an odd size not usually found on the market.

Even though it was 8pm, Mike jumped into action - he was able to find a new motor to get into my compressor that night, and had it there and installed within a couple of hours. I can't possibly say enough about the whole team at Wicked Cool - their service was fast, efficient, and affordable. They communicated with me via text throughout the process of replacing the motor, and sent me a profile on Mike before he arrived so I knew who was coming to my home.

Everyone I was in touch with was so knowledgeable, and they all worked hard to get my system fixed immediately. I got to go to sleep in a cool house and I can't thank them enough

I was referred by a friend and I'm so glad I used Martin's cooling and heating. Matthew was the technician who serviced my AC. He was on time, professional, polite, and answered all my questions with kindness. He explained the membership plans to me as well, and I was glad to sign up, given that I was provided with quality service at a fair price.

Our AC needed replacing and Wicked Cool Air Conditioning is highly recommended. Andy (owner) came out same day, spent time with my wife and I to explain what he recommended and why and was patient with our questions. AC installed days later. Andy is hands on and really cares about the work he and his team does. They are honest, reliable and do great work at a fair price. and they back up what they sell.

Their techs are also very respectful, know what they're doing and are great ambassadors for the company. Andy is genuine and these guys are the real deal. Two other family members have now also had new ACs installed by Andy and Wicked Cool recently. Customer friendly touches like advance text notifications of arrival, even with a picture of Andy or the tech that's coming, are to me what truly makes this a classy organization.

Office support (Maria and Natalie) like Andy is also very responsive and get it on it when you need help! We're so glad we chose Wicked Cool and Andy and look forward to many years of stress-free AC maintenance and care.

We needed the ductwork installed in our condo for a range hood. I called several companies but no one wanted to do the work until I got in touch with Wicked Cool. Andy, the owner, came out the same day I called. He explained everything to us and made us feel very comfortable. He submitted all the appropriate paperwork to our condo association and had the job completed one week from the initial call.

While his men were working at our condo we had a few questions. Andy picked up the phone and answered our questions. Then he came over to make sure everything was going smoothly. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I also decided to have them service our A/C unit. I recommend Wicked Cool for all your HVAC needs.

Mike Horn, the technician from Wicked Cool was here to service my HVAC and monitor a problem with a thermostat. He was extremely knowledgeable and his attention to detail was superb. I had used another company prior to learning about Wicked Cool. Since my recent experience with Mike, I will continue to use Wicked Cool for all my HVAC needs.

We are so glad we called Wicked cool, Natalie was very helpful and scheduled a technician right away. Our AC stopped working, we had another company come out and wanted to charge us $2,000 to clean the coils. We called wicked cool they came out super fast, the coils were not an issue it was the transformer that needed to be replaced! Dan was very knowledgeable and professional! Our air conditioner broke down on a Saturday in the late afternoon. Mike from Wicked Cool came out on Sunday morning and determined the compressor was shot. He brought a portable air unit over and installed it for us. We worked with Natalie on options and quotes. Carlos and his efficient team were over first thing on Tuesday morning. Within 72 hours we are up and running again with a new unit. We've worked with this company since 2004 and have always had excellent service. Thank you, once again, for taking such great care of your customers!

All of the rave reviews are 100% accurate. We've used Wicked Cool (formerly Martin's) since 2019, first for just maintenance (which is quite thorough) on very aged equipment, and last year for a full replacement. These guys go above and beyond to be sure they stand behind their work as well as the equipment they install. We did experience an equipment malfunction (no fault of theirs) and were within the 1 year warranty parts and labor, and they fixed it and handled it quickly and graciously, at no cost to us.

They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and very respectful of your home. Natalie and Maria ("ground control") are absolutely wonderful and coordinate everything behind the scenes. We also receive a comprehensive report each visit via email of the work and/or maintenance performed along with pictures. Wicked Cool was referred to us when we first bought our place and we would have absolutely no problem passing along their name in the future and plan to do so. It's very refreshing to find a company that goes above and beyond for their customers.

Our Nest thermostat sent an email that the central HVAC wasn't properly cooling the zone while we were on summer vacation. Called conditioned air and called Wicked Cool. The former had a higher service call fee and needed three days to start the appointment. Wicked cool was able to send a technician the same day, who said the module had gone out.

He was able to locate a replacement module and install it the next day. Happy with speed and competence of the repair. Communications via email, text, and phone let me know exactly what was happening from beginning to end. In fact, the text even include the tech's photo and experience, which was unexpectedly thoughtful.

Everyone we spoke to at Martin Cooling was friendly and professional. While they mentioned their maintenance service, there was no hard sell. They came quickly, assessed the issue and made the repairs the next morning (needed to get a part). They even checked and changed all the filters in the house at no additional charge. Great company from my POV.
