Our sump pump stopped working and we had a flood in our basement. Called RE Robertson and they got right on it. Jake the tech was great to work with efficient and when the work was complete reviewed everything he did with us. This company does NOT value customer service. I have dealt with four people at this company three of which were rude, condescending and interrupted. I was charged for a service for a leak they created after installing new shut off valves. Phil the plumbing manager was argumentative and belittling. Eventually the billing was adjusted. During another service call the plumber complained about the job the whole time and left a mess of plumbing materials for me to clean up. It took me an hour to clean up the mess. There were several other issues too.

RE Robertson came through again! Our furnace went up on us a few weeks back. Dave came out and gave us a fair price and was able to install it the next week. Collin and Rayshawn were the techs and they did a nice clean job on the install. This is our 3rd time using them. Don't hesitate to give them a call if you need any HVAC or plumbing work.

Our HVAC went down and we had no heat. Robertson inspected, provided a proposal, ordered the unit, and installed it in a shorter timeframe than anticipated. They did a great job! It was such a relief to my family to have heat in the house last night with temps in the 30s! This firm is my go-to going forward. Great job!

We got an immediate response from Traci who was our first initial call to sending out Will that same day, to fix an AC issue we we were having, Will was very professional, and knowledgeable. From the very beginning in contacting RE Robertson, to sending out a tech and completion of job, we were very completely satisfied. Would highly recommend them for any AC or plumbing issue. Plan to use them for in the future for replacement of AC.

So happy to find a fantastic local plumbing company. I called several places for quotes for toilet and faucet installation and RE Robertson by far had the best customer service and responsiveness. Tracy was so helpful even with multiple schedule changes on our end. On the day of, the two plumbers were very respectful of COVID protocol, professional, on time, and did a great job. The whole project took less time and money than we expected.

Waking up in a cold house on the Sunday before Christmas isn't exactly fun but RE Robertson's response time and service certainly made things better for us. After calling four companies who either weren't available or didn't reply, RE Robertson's after-hours phone service answered quickly and a technician called us back in 10 minutes and was at our house in another 20.
He also very clearly explained the after-hours fees so there would be no surprises. The issue was quickly resolved and while the gentleman was at our house, he went ahead and thoroughly tested the system. This is the second time we've used them and have found them to be super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. Thank you, RE Robertson!

I'm very happy with the service I received from RE Robertson. When I called to set up the appointment the women on the phone was very nice and efficient. I've called there twice and both time the phone was answered after one or two rings by a very nice person. When Marcus came out to service my air conditioner he was professional and thorough. He figured out what was wrong, got my AC unit working in good order again and explained everything to me. I would absolutely recommend this company for your HVAC service needs.

Fabulous Company, Professional and NICE People. WOULD GIVE MORE STARS! My home was in need of replacing 2 units, our second heat pump was beyond repair and could not be saved, our first fIoor heat pump was 15 years old and had been brought back to life numerous times and it was time to say goodbye. The folks from R.E. Robertson Plumbing & Heating came right out, disconnected both systems and installed a new heat pump for our second floor unit and a new gas furnace and A/C for our first floor all in the same day.
While it was not inexpensive, they were more than competitive and their workers did a fantastic job (thanks Randy!). All work was done on time and with the greatest of care. It really doesn't get any better than this company. Everyone I've met at R.E. Robertson Plumbing & Heating has been super nice and very knowledgeable. They really think about the customer's needs.
And they stand by their work. If something's not right, just let them know and they will work with you until you are perfectly happy. They prioritize your schedule and do their best to accommodate. I highly recommend them!
