They sprayed my vents without asking and now I can't be in my home because they essentially fogged my house feom inside my hvac duct system with an oil I'm allergic to. Then one lied and said they had sprayed it before (no they haven't), one said they usually ask before spraying it but it was onnour order because the scheduler must have auto piloted to add it without asking.

Then they said oh it wasn'y on our order. So first my house was poisoned and then we were lied to so they could try and cover it up. Then they said it would clear in 24 hours. Also not true! I still can't be in my home days later.

These guys were great! They took their time and did an excellent job cleaning all the supply ducts and returns. My air flow is much better and much cleaner. They cleaned the dryer vent exhaust and now the dryer works much faster. Strongly recommend Air Gott, they were awesome and a good value for the high quality service. They arrived a little early, and worked without stopping for 4 hours. They did such a wonderful job, even taking off the ducts covers and cleaning them too. I liked the before and after pictures, it really showed the clean ductwork when they were done. They were very nice men, and very hard workers. I will call on this company in the future.

Air Gott was great from top to bottom. There's a lot of illegitimate locations on Google Maps of fake companies. Do you research before you contact someone for duct cleaning. Ask for their physical location. From the start when I received a call over the holiday weekend to the in-depth overview given by the on-site manager Bill, I was thoroughly pleased with the service.

They fit me in during the week when I had called just days before. Bill explained everything he would do and how it worked. He took pictures along the way and showed them as the progressed. I saw the gross stuff coming out of my ducts. He even had me smell the sanitizer used on the coils in the HVAC unit to make sure it would be okay for me. He repeatedly told me "you're the boss" and "I want to make sure you're happy and needs are met". If you need an air duct cleaning, I highly recommend Air Gott!

The guys were nice enough and I assume they did a thorough job cleaning the ducts (I did not see pictures as they conveyed it would be an inconvenience for them to send them to me). I expected to have leftover dirty hand prints and dust everywhere, but I did not expect lasting damage to my property. They dented the lip in front of the weather strip on my front door that was just professionally replaced this year, and drilled extra holes in my wall in an attempt to reattach a grate.

If they had actually hung the grate in the new holes, there would have been space below the grate exposing the duct work. The cost to repair the front door damage will likely double the cost I paid to have the ducts cleaned.

The guys were a little later than planned, but Pam was constantly in touch letting us know that the job ahead of us was more involved than the customer lead on. That was HUGE for us, we are accommodating, but we appreciate it most when people are upfront and keep the communication open. Will, Bill, and Harry were professional, friendly, informative, and thorough. Highly recommend them. Oh, and we got a bucket of toys of of the vents!

I cannot say enough about the kind, friendly and great service by the team. I had my air ducts cleaned before the holidays and had a small issue with the cleaning team. Pam had a crew immediately out and quickly resolved the issue and even offered the sanitization! Their crew came in at no charge to recheck and wipe every vent (we have two compressors) and I was happy to receive true customer service. I wish more companies operated like this!

Courteous and professional service with fair prices. I bought my house a couple of years ago and just got around to cleaning the ducts. They showed me before and after photos, the ducts were absolutely filthy. I believe no one had previously done them. Well worth the price for improved air flow throughout my house, better dryer and heating/cooling efficiency, and of course better for my family and I's breathing. Highly recommend!

This is the air duct cleaning company you need! Jason and his team did a fantastic job for 17 vents and a badly needed laundry vent clean out for under $500. They showed me the before and after pictures of my vents and wow. it was badly needed. Additionally, they discovered one of my return vents had been duct taped shut by the previous homeowner.

The team from Air Gott left and the airflow is immediately stronger with a nice aroma from their sanitizer. Do yourself a favor and book Air Gott today! Don't waste your money on cheaper, non-certified cleaning.

I just recently had my Air Ducts cleaned by this company! For as long as I'm in this home and in this area, I'm going with Air Gott Services. They took their time, were extremely pleasant, and even gave my pup some water in his bowl, as he continued to bark at them going in and out lol. They were very thorough for all 22 of my vents.

When I called Air Gott, I spoke with Pam the owner. She really educated me on the difference in the types and quality and certified and uncertified services from duct cleaning companies. I booked my appointment and Jason and crew cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent last Thursday. I am so happy with the promptness, professionalism and courtesy of the work that was done.
