I bought my first car from this location right here on South Lindbergh Enterprise and Jeff Wrigley was an outstanding sales consulting nice and friendly and very helpful answer all questions that I had and concerns highly recommend Jeff Wrigley will be buying another one from Jeff once I'm done with this one thank you Jeff

Enterprise Rent-A-Car on S. Lindbergh Blvd. is always my go-to place. They have my best interest at heart and their staff is great. KYLIE is amazing -- she got me set up in a Mitsubishi SUV for my last trip and it was fabulous and kind of funny! Kylie made sure I had everything I wanted -- safe and large vehicle to transport luggage and people and my usual Damage Waiver that I like to have.
Before I got into the vehicle Kylie asked if there was anything inside the vehicle that I wanted her to go over with me. I said "no" as I was 99% sure that there couldn't be anything different in this vehicle than any other, right. Well, funny thing happened when I went to get gas -- my husband said to pop the gas tank cover, and, I could not find the button, lever, or anything else that would let me do it!
Oh no! We started looking for this 'hidden' item and finally found it on the floor next to the outer wall of the drivers door. It probably had a silver or white marking on it at one time however it was worn off and there was only a black little flat handle there that was not very noticeable. We had a good laugh about it and even the fact that I could have called Kylie and she would have told me what to do and would have thought it was funny as well!
Upon returning to St. Louis and getting my usual call from Kylie the next morning, I told her what happened and how funny it was and of course she apologized and I told her there was no need as it was so comical and funny and we will laugh about it and make sure I know where the handle or button is the next time for the gas cap. By the way, Kylie laughed too! Enterprise and Kylie and the rest of the staff there are outstanding and I wouldn't go anywhere else to rent my vehicles! THANK YOU KYLIE AND ENTERPRISE!

Made an appointment for pick up, no one showed up. I had to walk to their office. I called 30 minutes before my pick up time just to make sure and remind them about my appointment. They called me 30minutes after my scheduled pick up time, because they are confused about my need for pick up. Yea, I am sure is very confusing especially after I called 30 minutes ahead just to remind them.

Rented a car while mine was being repaired. Reserved a truck when I showed up to get car they didn't have the truck so they gave me another rental. Not the end of the world. However, I received a call on 11/23 that the insurance wasn't paying any longer than 11/14. So with no notice I received a $471 charge. As I appealed through the insurance company I was given to a complaint line with Enterprise who confirmed that the branch was supposed to call me a few days ahead of time to tell when they stop payment would happen.
They also said the branch would be reaching out within 2 business days to talk about a remedy of the situation. This has been 2 weeks and have not hear a peep out of Enterprise. To be notified 9 days after the fact is for one poor planning and to further not follow up with customers is even more rude. So thanks Enterprise. I am sure glad there are other future options out there when I need a car

Beware! I would give zero stars, but that is not an option. Do not believe the guy when he walks you around the vehicle and says they aren't worried about the little stuff you point out! Make sure you look at the roof! They claimed some dents on the roof of their car that I could only see once the lady that checked me in pointed them out to me. It was sunny when I picked the car up and overcast when I brought it back so I could not see the dents until she pointed them out.
I had to position the camera just right to get shots of the dents. Bring a video camera with you and a professional vehicle inspector! They will claim anything they can. This rental cost me my $500 deductible. I will never rent from Enterprise again.
