I have never experienced a company that worked so hard to solve an A/C problem. The staff is totally wonderful. The technician who solved the problem and fixed the A/C was Herbert H. He was quick, smart, and without him, the cost would have been much higher. He gave us some great tips and solved our problem. YAY!

Wlliam and his co-worker came and worked on our A/C units. Turned out to be a little trickier than we thought. Three hours later everything was back up and running! Kron & West we're excellent to work with. Bob Shiminske was knowledgeable and very detailed on his explanation of their products. He also was vey helpful on scheduling the installation. The installation crew, Steve and Hunter, we're on time, polite and cleaned up everything before leaving. Love our new system! Would HIGHLY recommend Kron & West!

This is a family business that has one of the best reputations in the Tampa Bay area. They are honest, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and have highly trained employees that are top of the line in the industry. Marina Kron an her son Brian Kron are down to earth hard workers that are always all out for your best interest to help you make the correct decisions. We have had three different systems installed in three different homes over the years and their service and quality is always A+. Can't go wrong with this team!

Wow! I am blown away! My AC motor died, and I called yesterday hoping I'd be able to get it fixed some time this week.and it's already fixed! So responsive and professional. My technician really knew what he was doing, and was super polite and quick. The office staff was so great and helpful. Nobody likes to have to pay for household repairs, but when the experience is so positive it makes it less painful. Thank you so much!

Our thermostat stopped working and we were in need of a repair asap. Having recently purchased our home we did not have an AC company so called KRON & West used by previous owners. They were extremely responsive and courteous on the phone and actually had someone out within about an hour! Our Service Mechanic was Nick & he quickly resolved the problem. I was so pleased with his service I signed up for their annual maintenance plan for our 2 units. Highly recommend!

Brian Bartlett from Kron & West serviced my AC this week. He arrived on time, was very professional and personable. This is the second time he has serviced my AC and I'm all set to have another service in 6 months. Servicing my AC has been important to me because it's an old unit and it helps with extending the life. I would highly recommend Kron & West for any AC needs or repairs and would ask for Brian - he knows AC's!

After many hours on the phone with Nest tech support and one replacement, I reached out to Kron & West Air Conditioning to help with my failed install. Within minutes, I was speaking to Brian and he was able to walk me through the installation and some wiring issues. Literally, 5 minutes later my household was back in action. Many thanks Brian! Outstanding service. Had an issue with old unit. Came out the day I called. Very professional. The owner Marina is so nice and always available for questions. Very knowledgeable. Brian Bartlett came over for some maintenance issues with old unit. Very knowledgeable, professional and nice. We ended up with a new AC unit. Marvin did the install work. Knows his stuff. Quality work! We are very happy with the whole experience! Nice change because usually for us that's not the case! Highly recommend

Brian Bartlett came today for my 6 months inspection and maintenance visit. He went well beyond the normal actions for this appointment and helped me with the draining issues. He gave me good advice for how to keep the unit running well.routine things I could do. So all in all, I was quite pleasantly surprised at the time and concern he showed during the visit. Real nice guy to boot.
