Randy, the owner and the install crew were all very professional. Randy and the owner came to my house on a follow-up estimate to design and quote a relocation of a full split system. There were many issues with where we wanted the new AC system to go in the garage, however, they made it happen with a "can do" attitude and successfully got it done.
I would highly recommend Gulf Coast to friends and family. I had a lot of time constraints with moving into my new house and they treated me like I was their only customer, always looking out for my best interests. Your service has always been suburb. When my 18 year old system finally went out, you were quick to quote me a great price and install around my work schedule. Everything was cleaned up and put away. All I had to do was come in and look at my brand new thermostat and set my desired temperature. Gabriel was kind and just happened to be in the area so came over quickly:) It was an easy patch up job and done so fast - it was great! The only down side was the cost:( $140 yikes! high for a little glue and tape:( I should have "YouTubed" and saved the $. Services: A/C system repair, HVAC duct & vent repair

Retired Local One Pheumatics service finish man. I was dealing with muti speed fans in more of commerical Hospitals high rises NYC. I found they tt were troublesome and can see where there would be issues. I need a condenser not a whole condenser and furnace. They gave me what I wanted at a fair price and done very professionally. And I didn't go with the multi-speed fan I just replace the old condenser and saved myself about 6 grand. Yes use this company. They'll do what you want in a professional manor.

AMAZING company! The technicians showed up on-time (so rare these days!) and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. They laid-out all options to me, informing me of the pro's and con's of each choice. No pressure, and they let me choose what I wanted--even down to how many pounds of coolant I wanted (with the price per pound). No frills, no generic "it'll be $xx or it'll be bad" sales pitches. Details: The capacitor went out, and resulted in a blown breaker. The system was low on coolant already (older system). I opted to have them replace the capacitor and top-off the coolant. Everything was done fast and professionally.

Great Company, Great Service Technicians, Just great all around. We received an Goodman 2.5 Ton A/C Package Unit. Friday Am by Friday Afternoon is was installed even having an small clinch. But with having the best Technologist Mr. Jahdiel he worked wonders. And I thank him again. Very professional from start to finish. Always willing to answer all my questions. I like that. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. My AC condenser fan went out in the late evening so I looked on google and found one with amazing reviews: Gulf Coast! And I noticed a technician Gabriel whose name appeared a lot for great service. So I called first thing in the morning and they were able to send someone out in a few hours! And guess who showed: Gabriel! He was fast, courteous, professional, and did the exact repair I needed for a reasonable price. Will definitely use again and recommend!

Great service. I've had multiple interactions with different members of the team (Randy, Gabriel, David and others). We had two services done in our house this year: 1. Replaced furnace (multiple days/interactions due to some permit requirements) and 2. Blown condenser capacitor (diagnostic and replacement) In both cases, service was great and the team took the time to walk me through my options and they were patient when answering my 1000s of questions.

Gabriel came out and was very professional and a cool guy. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and easily explain the issue. Work was done in very reasonable time. He even diagnosed a potential minor issue that could cause big problems in the future. I had him take care of it as well. Total cost was very competitive. My repair wasn't an emergency due to mild temperatures, but they were at my house within an hour and diagnosed to problem quickly. Came home to 80 degrees in the house last night. Called at 5:40 & Dave was at the house by 6:15! Found the problem right away. He didn't have the part we needed on his truck, but called a co-worker who it turned out had it on his truck. Dave left to go get it, was back in a few minutes, made the repair & we were good to go at 8:00! Dave kept us informed throughout the process about what was wrong and what our options were.

My AC started blowing only warm air so I initially called the company that installed the AC to fix it. Their tech was here for nearly 5 hours before finally deciding that the compressor needed to be replaced. Without explaining anything, he gives me a quote of $1760, which sounded outrageous. I called Gulf Coast for a second opinion. They sent a tech out for free.
The Gulf Coast tech doubled checked and had an answer in 15 minutes, and explained the problem to me. He told me about the compressor warranty, which the first tech did not, and their company did the work of looking up the warranty for me and applying it to my repair estimate, which ended up being $600 less than the original. Very professional. Highly recommend.
