Reliable Ducts replaced our HVAC system. The unit is located in the attic where space is minimal and it's very HOT this time of year. The employees were prompt and got the old unit out and the new unit in place and running in one day. They did this without getting dirt or damaging anything in the house despite having to carry everything in and out of the house to access the attic ladder. Great job, great people to deal with.

It was 91F in my house and getting warmer by the minute. I called Reliable and within 90 minutes their tech arrived. I don't know anything about AC, but after the tech did his diagnostics, he explained what was wrong in a way that I could understand. He replaced the part and in 30 minutes my AC was blowing cold air again. The tech was polite and respectful of my home (taking shoes off, etc.) Great service. Great value. Great outcome. I will call Reliable again every time should the need arise. Winning!

My experience was phenomenal. The previous AC guy came out five times and never was able to find out what was wrong after three weeks of being in the heat I called Reliableduct. In just twenty minutes of repair the AC was working and working beautifully. The Maintance guy was very professional, friendly and he knew the HVAC system. I will recommend Reliableduct to everyone who has an AC system.

We meet Jason at the HiMe and Patio show and was looking for an A/C replacement. We had 6 quotes after the show and choose Reliable A/C. They were up front with the difference in brands, why they used the ones they carry for best quality of parts, repairs and warranties. He walked through the house looking at the vents and returns to ensure proper amounts and size for air flow.

Then looked over our existing unit inside garage and outside. He then went into the attic to look at all the duct work to each vent and return. Our house was built with a wood framed box that was sheet rocked and painted off the floor in the garage. I asked if that could removed and what did they install there's on. He explained the options of leaving it or they way they would do it.

He had no idea if I was going to buy from them or not and not one of the other 5 companies did anything near the amount of detail. He then gave me the size needed and options of any extra equipment like a UV light and 4 filter and service plans annually. I was most impressed of no pressure to buy from them after all that and he emailed me the quote that evening.

I called the next day and signed the agreement with no down payment needed, another thing most others wanted. It took 2 weeks to get all the equipment which now days is great. We were not in a rush because the a/c was working but is old and not efficient and was time for an upgrade. I would highly recommend Reliable A/C that was above and beyond the other companies we had quotes from.

Solid company - estimator came out quickly and was very professional and knowledgeable - dealt with all my basic questions patiently. Went out of his way to look at the old duct work and old system. Reliable Ducts installed the HVAC system for my newly build home. They were selected by our home builder, and I am so glad! Since moving into our home, the system has been working properly. I recently called and spoke with Marta in order to register my HVAC warranty and to retrieve instructions on how to extend it. Marta was so polite, professional, and personable.

She is a true gem! I was able to register and extend my warranty with no problem. I then had to call Reliable Ducts shortly after because our float switch was misaligned during the installation of the system, and our builder's warranty rep never arranged to have it corrected. Marta helped me out once again! She arranged to have someone come out early the next morning. TJ showed up promptly at 9am, and fixed the float switch.

He even tested it out with water to ensure that it was functioning properly. He was professional, efficient, and so nice! I am really impressed with Reliable Ducts, and highly recommend them. I will be calling them for regular maintenance and for annual cleanings of our vents. Thank you so much, Reliable Ducts!

I was having problems with one of my bedrooms, It was always hot. A company who installed the air conditioner could not come out to see what was wrong with it. A person who works for reliable ducts heating and cooling was working around the neighborhood. I introduce myself to him and told him what was going on. He went into my attic and fixed the problem. I'm very happy with the total experience from sales to installation. The sales person explained the options available but I went with a unit the same size as the one being replaced. - no hassles and great price. On the morning of installation they were on time, quiet and respectful. They installed a new concrete pad, discovered and fixed a small coolant leak and we're finished in a timely manner. Lastly, my electric bill has consistently been lower for over a year.
