Came home from work yesterday to find my Air Conditioning unit pouring out water and flooding the HVAC closet in my apartment as well as the floor in the hallway. My electric water heater is also located in that HVAC closet, so its no surprise the AC unit shorted out the heat unit and left me without a hot shower after work. I was frantic!
