Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness These people do not answer the phone. I called 3 times and they transfer you to a line that rings and rings. Then i complained and the receptionist hanged up on me instead of trying to help. Very unprofessional

I do not recommend Archon Air Management. I purchased the whole equipment inside and outside. I was told it had a warranty of 10 years. They charge an exuberant service fee for just coming to check on the equipment. There is always this catch. Customer service leaves a lot to desire. Stay away! 2/26/2018

RUDE! The number for archon air is plainly printed on the front of our thermostat. This number is also all over their website, claiming to be an open line for air conditioning unit consultations and what I was mainly interested in - residential equipment repair. I have attached photos showing the number provided on my unit, and photos of the website explaining what I can call in about.

Upon calling I explained that I was having issues with my thermostat and asked if I could speak to anyone to troubleshoot the problem before bringing someone out to repair it. Immediately the woman on the other side of the phone adopted a rude, demeaning tone, and said that there were not any technicians in the office. I politely asked if there were any other numbers or offices she could connect me to.

She all but cut me off with a terse "No." I waited to see if she would follow this up with anything, but it was clear she had no intention of helping me, so I ended the conversation. Aside from this, my thermostat has broken 3 times in the last year. The AC will reset to 78 degrees every 10 minutes, even with a new air filter. This is unacceptable in South Florida with daily highs of over 80 degrees. Faulty, awful equipment.

I am shocked and taken aback by a company that claims to be experts in customer satisfaction. Will never use this company again for as long as I live in Miami, and I will be advising all of my family, friends, clients, and coworkers not to use this company either.

Great service and very affordable price. The AC guy was very nice and courteous. I'll definitely call them again for more service!
