We had our first a/c unit installed back in 2007 and highly recommend you get the yearly maintenance program. Whenever our unit needed service, Quality Breeze would get a repairman out there quickly and at our convenience.

When we decided to change our old a/c for a newer, more efficient unit, they were great. We scheduled for them to come early at 7 a.m. & at 6:57 a.m, the crew was waiting outside to get started promptly. The instillation was seamless and when they were finished, it looked as if nothing had been done. The handyman who came the next day to fix the ac door molding was absolutely fabulous.

He even cut out a small part of the molding so that the filter could be placed in more easily. You always hear of horror stories, NOT with this family owned business. If you want a quality A/C Company, use Quality Breeze.

Highly recommend Quality Breeze for your A/C needs. They quoted us a fair price to replace our a/c unit that was on its very last leg and showed up on time on the scheduled day. Jesus and Uriel were very kind and professional during the removal of the old unit and install of the new one. They were in and out in less than four hours and we had two units installed.

Two days later, a there was an issue with the unit not cooling suddenly and they showed up very quickly to help us resolve the issue. It turns out it was an issue with our fuse box and they were very quick to explain to us the issue and to offer to help fix it. My family recommends Quality Breeze!

Quality breeze was referred by coworkers and the experience with them was really surprising, since they answered the phone they were professional, attentive to my questions and offering me a lot of security. When I got to my house the day of the installation they told me at 7:00 a.m. and I said it was fine but I never thought they would arrive at that time, I was surprised that at 6:45 a.m. they were already parking, they arrived, they explained everything, they started To protect the floor, during the installation they kept the garbage collected and at the end they explained its operation, maintenance, changed the filter and left the house cleaner than when they arrived.

My AC unit was leaking water in the house and I called 2 companies to diagnose the problem. Quality Breeze called me back in less than 30 minutes. Showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly. The other company never returned my call. I've used Quality Breeze in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend.

Jesus Francisco Mayoral came out to give me an estimate, I had 3 other companies scheduled after him. He gave me a very thorough information about the work needed and he was very knowledgeable and what I thought expert on the matter. I did not bother to schedule the other companies. True to form, the company came out right away, changed my coil, added U-V lights to help kill mold and mildew which is what caused the clogging.

He recommended I change the outside compressor (being in sales for over 25 years I thought it was a sales pitch), this would allow me to use Truon instead of Freon which was better for the environment. I am delighted with the installation and service. If I could give this young man 6 stars I would. Top notch!

After messing with my leaking AC for hours, I finally called Quality Breeze pretty late at night. They came out the next morning. The technician was Yariel. He was very courteous and explained to me what he was doing and where the problems were as he took my air conditioner apart. He had all the equipment to do a deep clean in place. He also blew out the drain pipes with high pressure air. I'm kicking myself for going so long without cleaning or servicing the unit.

When it's hot/ humid in SFL and your AC is not working properly, people automatically get in a bad mood. I'm a very difficult customer to please and I can honestly say that Quality Breeze remained professional and focused while taking care of my AC issues. Although it took several attempts to resolve the issue, they made sure that a technician was out at my location in the early morning hours and late night trying to resolve the AC issue.

I was very impressed that the owner himself, along with his son came to my location to show their commitment and provide outstanding customer service! Soooo, had a leak from my Air conditioner. Called Quality Breeze (it pisses me off just to even write their name!) and they sent a technician. Said he fixed the problem. Couple days later, leaking again. Now, even more damage to the dry wall. Called and sent someone else out. Said the last guy didn't fix it properly (duh) and that he had since been fired from the company.

Now they said it needed another piece (couple hundred dollars) and then it would be fixed properly. So, like a dummy, paid the additional money. And low and behold, leaking again. Owner is not returning calls. This has been going on for weeks, he has had sufficient time to return a call. Now I need to have a REAL company come out and repair whatever they didn't fix the first time. This company is a joke. Quality Breeze, you suck!

I was without AC on Sunday and I called this company. Very friendly staff came to fix the AC on Sunday and greeted us with a smile so kind and very knowledgeable. I am so happy! Thank you Quality Breeze.

I bought an AC unit one year ago. I already had it serviced 3 times. Now I called them because it wasn't cooling and because i called a Saturday they told me I had to pay $150 because weekend calls are not covered in the guaranteed. They never told me this when I signed the contract. Now they said it is a new policy as of February of this year. But my contract never said it. They are not honest and definitely not profesional. Don't recommend for business. Go somewhere else.

We recently purchased a brand new AC + duct work from Quality Breeze. I have used many AC companies for installs and repairs in several homes over the years and I must say that Quality Breeze is by far the most professional company I have ever dealt with.
