I called for same day service for our failing AC. They were able to schedule a technician to come out that day. He showed up exactly on time, but our condo management wouldn't let the technician park his vehicle, and there was no off street parking available. Even though he wasn't able to come up to our apartment to do the work himself, Danny provided me with some straightforward suggestions over the phone as to steps I could try myself to repair the unit.
Sure enough he was right. It was a clogged condensation drain hose that I was able to clear myself and get the unit running properly again. Everyone I spoke with at Spring (three separate people) was professional, understanding, and very kind. They really went above and beyond to help me address the issue myself in a difficult circumstance.

This is my first Yelp review, and this company is very deserving of the 5-star rating I have stated. My wife and I were leaving at 10:00 AM for a flight, and woke up that morning to find our outside unit was not working. After checking the fuse box and the breaker next to the unit it became clear that this was something I needed help with, and fast!
We were going to be leaving our pets for 5 days in the house, and without AC it was going to get very hot inside. I called at 8:00 AM to request an emergency service, and Anthony at Spring Air adjusted a full work schedule of field techs and had someone at our house by 10:30 AM! Even though we left at 10:00, the tech solved the problem and the office called me while sitting at the gate to let me know the problem was solved.
Thanks to the professional staff at Spring Air I returned to a cool house. Under the circumstances they could have really gouged me on the price, but stuck with the standard $90 diagnostic charge plus the repair cost which was very reasonable, especially considering our circumstances. They have a customer for life and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality service with a personal touch. Matt H.

The technician came and told us there was problem with the breaker. But he's not licensed to fix the breaker. We had to pay $90 for the diagnosis even though he cannot fix the problem. Spring Air should inform us in advance that they are not licensed to fix any air conditioning related electrical problem. We contacted a technician from another company and was told that the breaker was fine but the compressor needed to be replaced. We paid $90 for the incorrect diagnosis and spent extra days without air conditioning.
