Arrived in their time window. Two person crew which were professional, clean, and friendly. They wore masks without being asked. One of the two men had been to our home before. They replaced the A/C air filter and did a complete check up. Will use Central City when our almost 20 year old AC dies. Highly recommended. Linda and her people will take good care of you.

Great service. If your AC goes out on a hot summer day, Central City will get you back up and running fast. Central City is a small company that gives personalized service. Their design and installation services are state of the art. I have been a Central City customer for 20 years. So if you need a new system, call them.

Central City Air replaced my A/C Coil, Condenser, Thermostat and added a zippered Hood to my attic ladder. My A/C broke down 2 weeks ago and they came the same day and implemented repairs that fixed the problems until the coil blew a major leak the following Tuesday afternoon. They came back that Tuesday accessed the damage and recommended their engineers make some proposals for replacing the coil. Wednesday they arrived to install two temporary portable A/C units, Free of charge, to help tide me over until I could approve 1 of the proposed solutions and they could get the equipment ordered for installation on Thursday.

They worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to expedite the financing and the repairs. Their team were professional, courteous, compassionate and quick. With 95-97 degree heat, they were literally life savers with their efforts. Everyone involved demonstrated they cared, from the dispatcher, the repairman, the installers, the finance department, and even the owner of the company treated me like I was part of their family with the concern they demonstrated for getting this emergency resolved.

I can't say enough about their customer service and the care I was given all along this process. I give Central City Air my Highest Recommendation and Endorsement.;- I am extremely satisfied with this company!

We have used Central City Air for over 25 years. We have great confidence in their ability to care for our hvac system. They have designed, maintained and repaired our systems. We consider them professional, prompt and honest. We dread having problems but always know that we are in good hands when we call them.

We've used Central City Air for many years, and have been happy with their work and their customer service. On Wednesday night, our AC stopped working. I called the next morning (July 4th) and left a message. I got a call back Friday morning early. The technician came to our home that afternoon, told us we would need a new unit. It would be installed the following Monday.

In the meantime, it's sweltering and miserable. The owner called me Friday afternoon, and drove out to our home to bring us some portable AC units. What a difference! We are cool and comfortable while we wait for our new unit to be installed. This is outstanding customer service! We definitely recommend Central City Air to our friends and neighbors.

Central City Air has once again gone above and beyond what is usually expected from a business enterprise, regardless of the nature of the business. In this case, we had damage to the AC compressor and to the structure of the house as well. We had to delay the installation of the compressor until the structural damage has been repaired. Central City provided us with portable units to use until they were cleared to replace the unit.

Their quick response and constant access to communication from me and my wife made the experience of house repair tolerable. Once they were able to commence the work, they arrived on time, performed the installation with close attention to detail, and completed the work in a highly professional manner. The people of Central City Air are highly trained with impeccable integrity.
