This company does not service residential chillers for multi-family dwellings such as condominiums. If you are on an HOA, do not let this company install a chiller for your condos. They won't service the air handlers inside the individual residential units.

Worked on our equipment, charged an ok price and when we called them out for additional work, they said they wouldn't come back, not for our type of equipment. should have told that from the beginning.
