We got five different estimates for installation of a new AC system to replace our aging one. Northwind was the second lowest price for a comparable system, but they convinced us on expertise and service. Brigette Lopez was very knowledgeable and paid attention to detail on her first visit and always responded promptly to any phone or email requests. Scheduling the installation was easy. Bridget came again to make sure we knew what to expect and address all our concerns.

The technicians were friendly, professional, clean, knowledgeable and worked very hard. Because of issues with our previous system, the installation took longer, but they stayed until late into the evening to make sure we were not left without AC. During the Quality Control check a few days after installation, the senior technician promptly addressed all our concerns. So far, we are very happy with our new system.

Daniel the tech was very knowledgeable and thorough. He walked us through all the things we need to keep maintained and when to do the maintenance. His inspection report included pictures and notes on the various items he inspected as well. They were prompt with their appointment window and Daniel was respectful of our home. It was a nice interaction while he was servicing the units and he remained professional throughout. Highly recommend and will continue to do our maintenance and repairs through Northwind.

I had my AC checked by Northwind. 21 point inspection with a report and pictures. Jose was on time and called prior to the appointment. He spend a lot of time carefully analyzing the system, changed the filter and then went through his findings with me. Very professional and while I need a few things done, no sales pressure. I was pleasantly surprised of the progressional experience and how good the technician worked his way through the different parts of the AC. I am planing to replace my upstairs AC down the road, and Northwind will be one of the vendors I will ask for a quote.

Northwind came by our office today to address an issue with our mini split. They quickly identified the issue of some parts that needed tightening and they topped off the Freon. The tech stayed and watched the unit to monitor it and confirm that that his adjustments did in fact fix the issue. Very personable guy, polite, friendly, took the time to explain what was going on. Pricing was extremely fair. Will use them again if we ever need them in the future.

Northwind is really good about proactively scheduling semi-annual systems checks for A/C and furnace equipment that they install. Jose Serrano arrived right on time today and performed his work quickly, politely, and thoroughly. Thank you, Northwind!

My A/C went out when I was on my way out of town late Friday afternoon. I called and their technician came out first thing Saturday morning and coordinated with my dog-sitter to access my house. He took care of everything and made sure he communicated with me exactly what he was doing and sent me pictures from his phone. It was nice to know I could trust someone to fix my A/C when I wasn't even home! These guys are amazing! Honest, dependable, and trustworthy. They have a great team of people and I highly recommend them.

I called Northwind after having no luck with my previous AC company with ac issues. I spoke to several people who were very nice and friendly. spoke to Dale, Brande, and Jamie. Jamie told me that Dashon would be the tech coming out to address our issue. Dashon was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was very detailed and specific on addressing all of our units.

I was impressed with all the information that he forwarded to me about our units including pictures. I will definitely be doing future business with them and would recommend this company to anyone in need of ac services.

The absolute worst experience I ever have had with a company. I hired them to replace our AC due to their good reviews but I suspect most of them are fake since my actual experience with them has been a nightmare. Over the course of a few months since they installed our AC, it has stopped working multiple times; it first stopped working within 2-3 days after they installed it!

We run a daycare and this was absolutely unprofessional. Just being a few hours without AC is painful enough, let alone it malfunctioning on you for multiple days. Safe yourself the trouble and look for someone else for your HVAC needs.

These guys are fabulous! From our first call for help, to the technician's timely arrival, to the service. let me just say that we were more than impressed. Our technician (whose name is Greg Little, by the way) really knows his stuff. Northwind is trustworthy and skilled. We moved from a bigger company to these guys, and we are so glad we did. I called yesterday for a one time AC checkup and Northwind was able to get a technician to my house on the same day. They are very professional, DaShon is an excellent technician and I highly recommend him. He did everything in a timely matter and was very detailed. We called Northwind for regular system maintenance after moving into a new house. John Danna was the technician who came out and he was amazing! He knew exactly what to do, where everything would be, and what repairs were needed to keep the system running smoothly. This is the second time I've used this company and they provided excellent work and customer service yet again! Jose was professional, and when he found out I needed Freon (at 7:30pm) that he didn't have on his truck, he left to go get some instead of re-scheduling me in the AM like some companies/contractors might. I was seriously impressed and thankful.
