Absolutely terrible. They contracted someone from surf city, NC who has no idea what he is doing. They came out again to fix my ac unit. Lasted 1 day and broke again. Never on time or just doesn't show up. Take your business somewhere else if you are on the coast of NC. Still no ac and it's been over a month. Unit is 2 years old and has needed repair 5 times.

We purchased a new unit air and furnace The unit is amazing, the turnaround time was so quick and we cannot say enough good things about the team on time, professional, got the job done in a very timely manner! They really didn't make a mess but anything they did they cleaned up perfectly! We can't say enough nice things about this company

We have a house that was built 2 years ago. Last year the AC stopped working they had to come out to fix it. Then this year it happened again. I called them to service again. I was told be out to fix it the next day. Then get a call at 4:30pm they are not coming out and that we couldn't get it fixed for 7 days. It's in the 90's also stated that we would have to pay labor even though it's only 2 years old and it wasn't fixed right the last time. Horrible experience.

You advertise that you are open 24 hours every day for emergency service. I have a brand new unit in a new build that is not working. I have been calling for two straight days and keep getting the same message that someone will contact you shortly. End of day two and crickets. The answering service said that each of my calls were dispatched and they have no idea why no one is responding.

This unit is under warranty and it looks like I will have to call a competitor to get my new AC unit working again. I'm not trying to be difficult, but you had signs posted in several places in my home stating that your company wanted to be our service provider. I would be happy with at least a phone call telling me you're not able to provide a tech. something?

The worst. I bought a house in TN that this company contracted to install the hvac units. From day one evertime the seasons change they had to come out and fix something. They have had to replace everything on my unit, have had to troubleshoot things multiple times, and since I'm in 5 months out of warranty refuse to come and look at something that they've been the only company to work on.

Not to mention ducting things in the wrong zone. Don't use them unless you have to. They don't back their work. They are only there to collect the money and leave you high and dry.

We have had a horrible experience with Themis company. We built anew home and the air conditioner tore up after first month. Called their emergency line since it was a late Friday evening and NO ONE called until Monday morning. They ended up replacing the unit and here we are exactly a year later and it’s broke again. It happened on a Friday again and called them and were told multiple times they would have someone call but NO CALL!

Finally called Tuesday and had to order a part. They were suppose to come today to fix it and now they call and say it’s not in that it will be Monday. Today is a week we have been with no air. Don’t use this company as they say on their website 💯 satisfaction guarantee but that’s not the case at all!

Tommy just came out to my house today to fix an issue we’ve been having since moving into our new home. His service was wonderful. He called before he came to ask if I was ready because he was a little early (which was awesome because I feel like every time I wait on someone to come do a repair they’re always late). He again introduced himself and asked permission to come inside when he showed up!

He also was kind enough to think of putting on protective booties as to not dirty my floors. He worked quickly and explained everything to me in a understandable way. He was very friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend Tommy!! Thanks for your hard work, sir!

Tommy came out on short notice. He was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. He was respectful, able to find the issue, and made sure my husband and I both understood what he found and how it would need to be fixed.
