They were also very careful not to get dirt on my carpet as they were working. I am very glad that I choose them to install the A/C system for me. Littleton Heating and Air Conditioning has been a terrific company for us over the many years we have used them. Excellent service, Professional work. Very knowledgable. Good response time and friendly service, in office and in the field. Derek installed a new Daiken Fit furnace and air conditioner unit for us in April of 2019. We have been nothing but pleased with the new system.

I set it on automatic with a 10 degree gap, and rarely ever have to touch the thermostat. There is circulating air from time to time and then when the furnace or air conditioner turns on, we rarely notice it, as the transition is quiet and smooth. We have lived here for 68 years and this system is the best we have ever had.

Littleton Heating and Air went above and beyond our expectations! We decided to upgrade our 13 year old furnace and A/C for our two story home as we were finding the upstairs was hard to make comfortable. Derek recommended we go with a Daikin heat pump to manage our complaints and have a furnace as backup heat for the really cold winter days. We scheduled our install and we had our full system up in two days!

Everyone on the job was really professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. We were kept informed of everything going on and provided with all the information we'd need for our system. Along with the new system, they adjusted our airflow to be better balanced. Derek's recommendation did not disappoint and our home has been the most comfortable it has ever been. The system constantly moves the air around at a very low speed and helps remove all of the cold spots we used to have upstairs. Highly recommend anyone to go with them!

I have used them several times over the course of 40 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their work and work ethic. After moving from my house to a new condo my ac unit at the new condo was not working right and it was under warranty the company that installed the ac unit sent out 3 different teams at 3 different times to fix the ac unit, they did not succeed, when they told me they would no longer try to fix it i called littleton heating and they fixed it in one attempt

We recently bought a new home and the A/C Unit went out. Derek came out and provided a review of all our options, without being pushy at all. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We decided to replace our entire HVAC system with new duct work and vents. The team did a great job and were incredibly efficient and respectful along the way. Would highly recommend to use again!

The folks at Littleton Heating & Air Conditioning were awesome. I was dreading having to deal with an HVAC contractor to replace our 40+ year furnace and do an AC install but instead I was pleasantly surprised. We were treated like family instead of being treated like just another job. I got two other quotes that were cheaper, but we made the right choice by going with Littleton H&AC. Attention to detail, and customer service that was on point. They made suggestions during their quote that the three other estimators never brought up.

I did a lot of research and was convinced by Littleton Heating in order to maximize performance I needed to go with a smaller ton, more efficient unit for my duct work/sq footage. The guys came in and created custom duct work and gas line solutions. It can not be underestimated how valuable catching all your cool/hot air right away with angled/flawless new duct work. This is what they delivered. I'm pleased with my new system, huge upgrade. 5 stars.

Dereck Jackson was the first person available to come and he helped us right away. He is very honest and tried to give the best deal. He was able to find a part that was very hard to find and went out of his way to come after hours and fix our unit. We are so thankful of his dedication to the customer and diligent work ethic. I know when anything happens to my AC I know who I'm calling.

I contacted multiple companies but ended up choosing Littleton Heating and Air Conditioning to install my new furnace. Not only did they give me a great deal, but they were very quick to both obtain and install the new furnace! I asked them to do the work and it was done within two days of my request! Derek performed my install and seemed very knowledgeable.

He did a great job and was even able to stop by on short notice two weeks after the install to help me troubleshoot (successfully!) some thermostat settings I had issues with. I plan to give my business to this company again and will be contacting them soon for additional work cleaning my ducts!

I have allergies and asthma. I recently bought my house and when colder weather came in and we had to start using the furnace I started waking up everyday with asthma. I contacted a few companies about replacing the HVAC system and when Darek came out he suggested that I install a Reme Halo whole house air purification system in the mean time while I figure out the HVAC thing.

He also has been understanding about the fact that I just bought a house and explained to me how to DIY install it to save me some money. Two days after I installed it my asthma went away! Still in talks with Darek about upgrading the HVAC in my house but so far the support and consideration for my needs that I've received from these guys has been outstanding.

I have worked with this company over the years. They have provided good system support and now these guys provided a great new, nigh efficiency HVAC System, at a great competitive price. Their installation team, led by Steve S, worked with me to install the new system in a way that met my needs and preferences without sacrificing either operation or efficiency. The new system installation has been well done and system operation has been very effective.

I would like to thank Littleton Heating for everything they did for us. We were trying to sell my In-laws house and the furnace was a block on a couple of sales due to it not being certified. We had a couple of other companies come and look at it and they all said it needed to be replaced. Littleton Heating came and fixed the fan cleaned it out and were able to certify it for a lot less than replacement.

We are still in touch with the people that bought the house and it is still running strong 5 years later. Because of this I used them to do all of the HVAC work on my new brewery and not only were they done in time but it was under budget. I have a hard time believing the some ratings that they have received. They were not only professional about their work but it was a real nice experience working with them. I WILL use them on my own home when it is needed.

I would not recommend this company. Tech came out and said my fan motor was broken and it would be $1000 to replace. Had another tech come out and he said there was nothing wrong with my ac. He did a quick service and I was up and running for $50. That was the months ago and the ac is working great. Beware. It's very hard to find a trustworthy hvac company.
