Plumbline has been very fast efficient and courteous when they come out to my house to do any drain clearing. They also did my air conditioning and furnace and they did a great job! I would recommend Plumbline Services to anybody who needs their drains cleared. Donovan was great today. thank you so much!

We set up an appointment for Saturday due to our work schedule. Got a call from plumbline asking if we could do Friday do to the memorial day (Monday) weekend. Advised they could be there between 1-3p as we stressed we work and would need to make sure we are there to be able to put the dogs away and let them in. They advised they would call 30mins prior.
Well here comes 230pm and still no call so we call them and was told our service guy would be there by 3pm. Here comes 315p and guess what, no call or no service guy. So, we call back and was told they told us between 1-5p. After correcting the lady on the phone and stating what we were told here comes the unfriendly tone of customer service all because they told us a time then tried to say that wasn't said. Now, if they would have told us 1-5p we would have said no and called another service clearly cause we both work. I'd advised to use another service that actually tells the truth and admit their mistake and make it right instead of blaming the people paying for their service. Needless to say we cancelled and went with another service.
Word of advice as a business man myself running my own shop. If you are going to be or wanting to be closed over the holiday weekend don't list appointment times and dates on your website, confirm the date, change the date then try to blame it on the customer who's waiting at the specific time that was told to them. Terrible customer service and overall experience. Use at your own risk! But, say I didn't warn you!

They arrived several hours earlier than the appointment, calling first of course. Plus I received text messages and emails of arrival times, expectations, who was assigned as my service person. The three individuals I dealt with plus their call center were polite, well spoken, cleanly dressed, excellent manners and treated me and my home with respect.
Also very professional and knowledgeable, knowing when to escalate matters. They were very thorough, transparent, and invited me ti watch every step, including video, snake, assessment of the situation. This was a 4 hour process and at the end I was presented with 3 options, and a comprehensive person-to-person FAQ on each option. No pressure, no scamming, no salesman approach, no overinflated prices, miraculously, given the current inflationary environment. Quite possible the best experience I have ever had with the service industries, and I have a fair amount of experience in this space with rental properties, etc.

The entire Plumbline team was fantastic. Starting with technician Brian who came out first, then Geoff who provided a quote and went over all the details and options. Angela who confirmed scheduling of install and last but not least the installation team of Tejay, Kendrick and Alexis. Everyone was communicative, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I am totally impressed with Plumbline and would highly recommend them for any service you might need. Thanks Plumbline

Pleasantly surprised by fast and efficient service. I was anticipating servicing for my water heater but alas it was time to replace it. I was grateful that i could have it replace same day and they had a water heater on the truck ready to go. In the times of COVID and lack of supplies - i was thankful i did not have to wait months and months for supplies. Pleasant installer who had it replaced in no time! I would recommend Plumbline to anyone and will have them service my water heater yearly going forward. Thanks Plumbline.

Highly recommend! We worked with their supervisor, Jay, to replace our furnace/AC combo and the level of customer service was unmatched- from the professionalism of their install team to the sleek look of the appliances; from the next-day install to the follow up text from Jay after install making sure all was well. So happy with our choice in Plumbline!

Plumbline installed our furnace 5 years ago. It was expensive but came with a "guarantee." It has been a fussy highly maintained unit since then. We also pay Plumbline too maintain the furnace. The last time they looked at it was December 2021--they gave it a clean bill of health. We change the filters monthly. Lately we have been getting "Blower Lockout" messages and the furnace just stops working.
We called and they sent a tech right over who said that we had "drywall dust" from a remodel 4 years ago in the blower and that it was not normal use and that we would have to pay $2K for a new blower. Hahaha--good one, Plumbline. We pointed out that they maintain that unit and have never reported this "drywall dust" from the long-ago project, that the remodel was done in an area on another floor that was sealed off with no returns AND that Plumbline, two years ago, jackhammered out the basement next to the furnace without protecting the furnace.
The tech said that in light of that information the person who looked at the furnace in December was either lying or didn't know what he was doing--so he was going to have a manger call us. When Plumbline thought they could shirk the guarantee and have us pay $2K for a new blower--they were available the very next day to install it. When Plumbline realized that we would hold them to their guarantee--we never heard from them again. Hey manager--you were supposed to call me 2 weeks ago. My phone number hasn't changed. I am, however, married to a lawyer.

We have used Plumbline for multiple issues we have had along the years. We had an issue with our toilet, we called Plumbline and they came out quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it on the spot. We have also used them for AC issues. The techs are always super professional and knowledgeable.

There employees are friendly, helpful and very professional. Giles came to our home and walked us through our options. He was thorough and obviously knew what he was talking about. Ours was not an easy install and Giles explained that. The installation team was lead by Will and they were great. Sherman did the electrical. We were so impressed that he's coming back in 2 days to do some other work for us.

Zach came and installed an excellent new water heater after he came out and did a yearly maintenance and recognized that our 14yr old water heater needed replacing. He came the next week, and when he carried the old water heater out to his truck the bottom fell out, demonstrating that he was correct in his recommendation. Zach was professional, personable, and provided quality service.
After the installation he walked me and my husband through how to use the water heater and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with all work performed. We have been using plumbline for almost a year and love the high quality work and the fact that they pull permits for their work, guaranteeing it is done right!

Could not be happier with Curt, the electrician who found and fixed my problem. This is the first time I have used your company, it will NOT be the last. Price was more than fair. So happy with you and your company I have scheduled another appointment with you to service my boiler. Very refreshing to find someone honest and competent. Thanks again.

We needed a broken drain pipe fixed quickly and as always Plumbline Service was here to help the next day. William was here first thing and got us taken care of quickly and efficiently. We are Service Care Members and strongly recommend this company. They also replaced our furnace last year at Christmas offering the same great service.

I called Plumbline service in the morning and one of their techs, Forrest came over that afternoon and unclogged our drains and recommended maintenance to ensure we didn't run into this issue again. He did a great job and cost was very reasonable. I would recommend using them. Service: Drain cleaning

I originally used Plumbline 2 years ago for a water leak. At that time the tech that came out was wonderful. Last week I called them to do an annual furnace inspection and they were booked 2 weeks out. I was ok with waiting. I called them again a few days later to have a non urgent drain cleaning done. I was told someone from that department would call me back.
The next day a tech called me and said he was 45 minutes away and would be out to clean my drain. I'm sitting in the ER and I told him, I never made this appointment and obviously I'm not at home. Later in the evening I received a text message that I had an appointment for November 17 th. Again, I never made this appointment! The following day another drain tech called and said he was 30 minutes away from my home. Again, I never made this appointment!
As a customer I EXPECT to be able to pick the date and approximate time of my appointment. Instead, Plumbline is sending techs out on their own schedule! This is predatory business practices! I spoke to 2 Customer Service Reps who accused me of making both of these appointments! After being treated like a ignoramus, I once again called Plumbline HVAC department and cancelled my appointment for my furnace inspection. Bottom line, Plumbline has become a very untrustworthy company and I will never do business with them again.

First time using Plumbline and had them come out to do a furnace tune up. 1. They were hours late. The window where they were supposed to show up was already a 5 hour window, but they went 3 hour past that. We waited around for 8 hours. Additionally, I called the main office to get an ETA, and the technician was supposed to call me. got nothing. 2.
When the tech did get here he stayed for approximately 30 minutes and proceed to sell us a new AC/furnace combo. When we told him our AC was brand new he told us we might need a new furnace then and showed us some pictures of dusty parts in our furnace he had taken. When we told him we probably don't want to replace the furnace right away, he said we needed to at least replace the motor and some fan/vent because it was dirty and could contribute to poor air quality. 3.
Okay then- giving the tech the benefit of the doubt, we asked for a quote. Got nothing. Called the main office next day and requested the quote again. Got nothing. But we did get some vague pictures of dusty furnace parts. All in all, don't do it. I got sucked in on the furnace tune up deal but at the end of the day I don't even know if anything was actually done. We're about to get a second opinion here so we'll see. Update: we got that second opinion- turns out the motor is fine and plumblines tech didn't clean or do anything when they were here.
Last update: so after a scathing email I sent to Plumbline, the manager followed up and refunded the service and agreed that this one visit was not up to standard. As far as that goes, I appreciate their follow up and customer service. Still think they should vet their techs better though.

We simply asked for plumbline to come out and to a once over on our furnace. The gentleman came out but immediately tried to sell us one a brand new air conditioner which we never asked to have checked. The gentleman then proceeded to go into our basement and all he did was take pictures of our furnace and try and try to sell us on a brand new one.
He showed us dust around some areas. When we told him we wanted that cleaned, he told us that it would be a up charge. All this guy did was waste our time. I really hope someone over at plumbline sees this review because this was absolutely ridiculous. We just wanted a simple once over. Not a sales pitch on unnecessary things.

Kyle came to my house and installed a kitchen faucet and did an outstanding job. My complaint is the cost. I am a VIP member (which I'll probably cancel) and my appointment was pushed because of over scheduling, AFTER I took the whole day off to meet them. Anyway, had a kitchen faucet installed. I purchased the faucet from Lowes so I would already have it hoping to save a few bucks. Beware, a 2 1/2 hr job cost me about $750.
He showed me the cost before the install so I knew what it was before the work was done. I would expect that if I had to buy the faucet from them, but not for an install only. I guess somebody has to pay for the fancy trucks, uniforms, and tv commercials. Kyle did a great job, as I mentioned, but the cost was way high as far as I'm concerned. Do your homework I guess.

We have used Plumbline for years and have come to trust them. Unfortunately we likely will not be using them again. We just had a technician out to replace a $50 part. It took him one hour and they charged me $645. I know that Plumbline is a little more expensive but this has gotten to the point of outrageous. I called about the bill and tried to talk with them about how it didn't make sense due to the ease and time commitment of the job and they would not budge.
This quite honestly is textbook price gauging. In a time when people are struggling in life and struggling financially, this a really tough to see. The people are pleasant and nice. They do get the job done, but the cost is usually very tough to swallow. No wonder they have the finances to output trust forward marketing media. At $500-$600 an hour, it is easy to do. Advice, do your research before spending a boat load of money

I am a VIP member with Plumbline services, meaning I paid a fee in order to gain additional scheduling (e.g., Sundays), waived emergency charges, etc. I reached out to Plumbline Services for an emergency repair. They scheduled a technician and said I'd get a call back that night (Monday) during a specified sindow (7-11pm). I stayed up until 11, no call no show.
I called the next morning and was promised a call back from dispatch. 3 hours later, no call. I called again, she told me they were booked out 30 days (she specifically quoted me September 1st) -- for a leak. I asked for a manager, she said one would call me back. No one called, I called again, asking for a manager to refund my VIP fees. She promised someone would call me back. I had the service performed by a competitor.

Ok, this is long story of a company that wanted to charge me the book price of $700 to change out a sprinkle value. Even after I called the manager and had a discussion about the price, he said that was the "standard book price". I gave them my standard answer on out of my book of pricing, NO. Oh, by the way I'm a VIP member after having more than $2,000 in electrical work done by Plumbline earlier in the year.
I see the TV ads about 100% customer satisfaction, I don't think so on this interaction. The Plumbline team that came out to provide the estimate also said my VIP status had expired, but when I called in to check, it had not expired. The results ended we me going to Home Advisor and hooking up with GM Earthscaping, I sent them a photo of what I needed.
They provided a firm price which was 50% less than the Plumbline Services estimate. They showed up, did the repair, sent me a photo of the work and an online invoice for exactly what was promised. Just found my new irrigation/plumber. I've taken Plumbline out of my contacts for Plumbers. Jim, Lakewood.

Christian came to our house to inspect the AC and found all kinds of thing wrong. He said that he recommended shutting the system off completely to avoid overheating some kind of capacitor that would cost $4k to replace. He quoted me a $4k repair to clean coils, replace fans, etc, etc. We got a second opinion that said the coils were totally fine and that the system looked great.
They topped it off with coolant and charged us almost nothing. This type of thing should be fraud and criminal. I do not recommend. These people are either incompetent or dishonest. I'll let them choose.

Plumbline asked for $39,500 to replace "bad" pipes in our home. The tech couldn't figure out the problem after we had a backup in our basement so he recruited a supervisor "Brett" to come look a few hours later. Brett did not look at anything. No scope, no cleanout, nothing. He did, however, determine that he needed to excavate our entire basement for the above quoted price after simply walking around in our basement for 15 minutes.
The next day, a reputable plumber took a look at our situation and quickly diagnosed a faulty studor vent and improper placement as the culprit. It cost us $500 and is perfectly operable. This company said there was absolutely no evidence of corroded pipes. Watch out.these people are happy to take your life savings to fix a problem that doesn't exist.

Corey was the service professional who came to my house to give me a quote on AC. Not only did he wear an unprofessional political mask when he came to my house- he would not wear it properly. Wearing a racist Blue Lives Matter mask is completely unprofessional to a home visit. Even a teenager could figure out that you shouldn't wear overtly political clothing when working customer service.
After I told him about my covid concerns his ill fitting mask would not stay up and fell down at least four times when he was near me. Even when I would step back he would walk towards me- with his nose hanging out of his mask. I told him repeatedly I'm not vaccinated yet. When I repeated to him my Covid concerns he dismissed the fact he wasn't being careful.
I would never dream of treating a client in their home this way. After seeing his representation of Plumbline Services with their lack of basic customer service, outrageous quotes, and lack of safety I would not recommend anyone using their services.

These people are fantastic. They had previously installed a completely new sewer line from the house to the street on a rental property I own. They did a beautiful job and this is certainly not a job anyone would want to try on their own. I received a lifetime guarantee on the line. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to replace my 20-year-old furnace and air-conditioning unit.
It was living on borrowed time. Josh came out and was extremely professional. He laid out several options for us and we decided to go with the Carrier. He spent plenty of time with us and answered all our questions. I had received a bid from another company for a lesser unit and Plumline underbid them by several thousand dollars. The old unit was working but I knew it was just a matter of time before everything was going to go cold.
I thought it would be several weeks before they could get the unit in. Actually, they did it within 48 hours! Jay came out and had four people with him! All were professionals and each knew exactly what to do. They laid plastic down on my carpet so it wouldn't get dirty and they all wore masks because of COVID-19. Installing a furnace is something you would never want to try by yourself unless you are a professional.
One mistake and your life could be in danger. The professionals at Plumline are actually factory representatives of Carrier. Each has gone to school at Carriers factory to understand the units. After the job is done which was the same day, Jay spent time with me going over the entire unit and how to use our new computerized thermostat. We also had a humidifier and special air filter installed.
I immediately noticed less dust in our home. The humidifier makes things seem warmer at a lower temperature so I'm saving money. I can't say enough nice things about these people and I would recommend them to anyone. The difference in the heating of my home is amazing. There are no cold spots and The carrier unit keeps the temperature exactly as I program it. We previously had booster fans installed to keep the house warm. We don't even need those anymore. If you want the best go with Plumline.

Called for a repair to my leaking bathtub faucet. They were quick to come out, so that was nice. Charged a $50.00 service fee for the visit, typical. The plumber took one look (eyes, no tools) and decided it was a failing "shower cartridge". The replacement would cost 450.00 + 50.00 for the part. Now, I'm not a plumber so I trust the "experts" not to swindle me and when the quote is this high I assumed it was a job that was very invasive and would take several hours. 15 minutes after turning off the water, he was finished and left. Yes, 15 minutes. In conclusion, unless you're prepared to spend $800.00+/hr on plumbing services (not including parts) I'd try elsewhere.
