A friend of ours recommended this company when my FIL's AC went out and another company immediately recommended replacement by claiming there were several things wrong when in fact it was a relatively minor issue. The owner came out on a Sunday night, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had the AC back up & running in about an hour, for only a few hundred dollars vs the thousands of dollars an unnecessary replacement would have cost. You have earned customers for life thank you for your honesty and expediency.

I give Penguin Heating and Air Conditioning an A+. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered me different options. He was honest and really helped me understand how the equipment works. I will definitely use them again in the future and will refer them to my family and friends.

I don't know where to even start. This company is lookin' out! I called.he was in the neighborhood, and 45 minutes later, I was hooked up, fixed up and cooling. Nice dude too. Not once did I ever feel like he wasn't giving me the honest facts about the situation. Guy knew what he was talking about. Found the problem in like 2 minutes, explained the issue to me, and the whole thing was done in no time, and I felt like I was treated perfectly fair. I have 6 units, so I am VERY happy these guys are around!

We had a little heat wave recently and i found these guys online! Had them come out and diagnose what was wrong. The tech was friendly and found the problem right away.
