I have been using Hacienda Air for several years. We like Ryan Lum and request him for each service visit. He is knowledgeable and profesional. I like the service program where I receive two visits a year to check out the air conditioner and the furnace. In Dec 2020 I made the decision to replace our air conditioner and furnace through Hacienda. The crew did a great job! Had my spring Tune up done a couple weeks ago. Today Ryan Lum came due to a condenser fan motor, blower motor, and low refrigerant. Everyone at Hacienda Air is amazing Ryan Lum is a great tech. Knows his stuff. I have nothing but good things to say about the company. Shows up on time. A company I would recommend to everybody. I called yesterday and today Ryan Lum was out here to fix it and it's working amazingly. Thank you guys.

Turned my air on for the first time of the year. Worked for a short time and then stopped. I was leaving town in just a couple days and did not want to return to a warm home. Called Hacienda Air and they could have a technician out the next day. Ryan called the next morning to tell me he would arrive at the appointed time. He came, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price.
He was very personable, explaining what he was doing and worked very efficiently. I was very happy to have my problem taken care of and not have to worry while I was out of town!

Technician Ryan Lum of Hacienda Heating & Air just left my house. My heater had gone out and he fixed it. As a long time Vegas resident I have had many (too many) repair people come to my house. Not only did he fix it but I know enough to see that he did not try to expand the job. He replaced the part that was broken. And even though the job was far from free I don't feel gouged like I have with previous companies' bills. Before he left I told Ryan like I'm going to tell you: When the next problem arises, (summer ac probably) I will feel good about calling him again.

The technician from Hacienda Air was scheduled through my property management company Cortis. I spoke on the phone with the dispatch whose name was Nina and she told me the technician will be coming next day at noon. Next morning right before noon I called again just to make sure the tech is on the way, but this time Nina claimed that the technician is actually coming in the window between 12 and 2 pm, which she never mentioned in the first place and I already planned my day around that 12 o'clock appointment, and had to cancel things I planned for the rest of the afternoon.
Around 1:30 pm I called again to get the update on the status, she informed me that the technician is tied up on the other side side of town and now it looks like he won't be coming before 3 pm. Needless to say there was no one apology for misunderstanding and no sense of importance of other people's time. When I expressed legitimate discontent about the having to wait for 3 hours beyond the scheduled time, Nina said that their company is not obligated to service me in any way and the technician is merely coming out to give the second opinion about the AC unit.
Before I was ready to say something she hung up the phone. I wonder who are the people they ARE obligated to service. Their technicians might be top-notch specialists, but this specific dispatch Nina, has no idea what customer service is and simply shouldn't be at the front lines. Note: This review is about my experience with the dispatch of the company only.

First time using this company after being ripped off by other cos. Found through our church.they have f one m as in tenancy there for years. I'm surprised there were no reviews but so far I was impressed with thoroughness and honesty. A little pricier than sone of the deals put there.but our experience has been it's not a deal when a company lies or rips you off later. I'm hoping to have a long relationship w this company. If it proves to be bad I'll amend my high rating. For now they serviced our two furnaces and did a great job.
