Dave is the man. Great experience and really happy with lin air. Another company tried to scam me and tell me I needed a new 15k dollar unit. I then asked for a second opinion and Dave showed up and said it was one piece which he fxed in a few minutes for a couple hundred bucks. Go with these guys!

An EMERGENCY occurred. Our heater this morning went kupput. within 4 hours our A/C Doctor Dave from Lin Air was at our front door! He was able to fix the problem within minutes. The family run business continues to offer dedicated service. We have been with Lin Air for many years. They are the Best Service Company we know in the Henderson area. We ask for Dave or Omar and get outstanding service every time.

After today Lin Air demonstrated the reason why we use a small family run businesses who really cares. We have to say that the people who answer the phone are exceptional. They are so nice and especially polite and work hard to provide the services needed. We definitely recommend the Lin-air Team to service your Heater & A/C.

We installed an entire new HVAC system, 5 Ton 14 Seer, split gas system and a 5 ton 14 seer stainless steel condenser. Brent from Lin-Air provided our estimate, answered all our questions, I means ALLLLL of them and arranged the install for a day and time that was convenient. We work from home so was nervous about disruptions, but this crew knew what they were doing, they were in and out of our home in three hours.

Like HVAC Ninjas! It was flawless. This company has been around for many years, we have luckily never needed new equipment until now. I will only recommend them and use them from here on out for any of our heating or cooling needs. There are others, but others are not Lin-Air. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Within an hour of our call - Dave was up on the roof top accessing the situation. Our heatpump had stopped working that morning and we were chilled. Dave gave us a couple of options and estimates. Lance squeezed us into an otherwise booked one week out schedule. Before 3:00 o'clock the next day - 28 hours from our first call- the heatpump system was completely installed up on the roof top. All was done very professionally and at a reasonable price. Thank You very much Lance, Dave and the installation team! You have revived my faith in home service contractors.

I have been using Lin-Air for 25 years. They installed a HVAC Unit in 1995 and in 2015. Anytime, there were issues, they promptly sent awesome technicians out to correct the problems. Many times it wasn't just for convenience/comfort as we had ill people who needed to be in the residence. Hotels were not an option. A special thanks to Layne Johnson for setting the business culture and ethics all these decades. Happy 50th to all!

From the second I spoke with Lance I was relieved to know I was in excellent hands! I had a couple glitches and huge disappointment with Black mountain Air which was unfortunate but worked out to my advantage However Lance could not have been more professional and kinder than I could have asked for My ac issues were a concern due to extremely tight crawl space in my attic I told Lance my issues and he persevered and then some If you tell him others cannot He and his amazing hard working crew made things happen They showed up ready to work They diligently did a fabulous job and clean up Lin Air prices are fair especially because your paying for knowledgable quality installation I could not be more pleased with the integrity of this company They do not need to advertise as their work speaks for itself! This company came to fix my broken AC unit, they will be the only company I call for AC service in the future. The office was so nice and spent more than 15 minutes on the phone with me patiently answering all my questions. Tech was on time, called when he was on his way, and overall great experience. They got me up and running again.

We were referred by a friend, had a scary experience the day before with a competitor they did some work on our unit for over $1000 and it didn't work so they would credit us on a new unit another 13k. Dave from Lin-Air came over early checked out the unit gave us a quote on a temporary fix the unit is over 13 yrs old and got us cool for only 200 dollars. I know we will need a new unit in the future but Lin-Air got us past the 114 degree weekend and now we can save for the next service. Thank you

Lin-Air is the best AC company we've dealt with in Las Vegas. We've interacted with several other AC companies, and they rushed through "repairs" and I felt like my issue was more of a hassle than an opportunity for them. Lin-Air is completely different. Scheduling was easy and prompt. The AC technician was kind enough to explain the issue with our AC and why it was having issues. After performing the necessary repair our home is finally cooling properly. Seriously can't recommend them enough!

I needed 2 complete air conditioning units for my home. I got 5 other quotes from other companies and no one else could even come close to what Lin Air could do for me in terms of price and warranties. They are very professional, polite, and within 5 hours total had my new systems installed and running smooth. I will also be doing their maintenance plan. Our air conditioning unit went out during the heatwave of August 2020. We had to do some quick research online and talking to family and friends. We ultimately decided on Lin-Air after a few hours of research remember it was “HOT”!
Lin-Air Heating and Air-Conditioning has been in business in the Las Vegas Valley since 1970. And Lin-Air is a family owned and operated company which for us was a big plus.

We called them and even though they were extremely backed up we were able to schedule repairs in a timely manner. In conclusion, we were very pleased with all aspects of our experience with Lin-Air. From scheduling to communicating with the company and the technicians assigned to our home. The total experience was timely and professional. The work was completed efficiently and for the quoted estimate. We will only use Lin-Air from now on.

My home has two a/c units and the smaller of the two decided to stop working last night. It wasn't a crisis situation since it only affected the master bedroom and bath. This morning I contacted Lin-Air and was happily surprised when I was able to get someone to come out within three hours for the repairs. Considering it was a Saturday and a holiday weekend, I expected to hear I'd have to schedule a service call for Tuesday at the earliest. Roy arrived and quickly determined it was a bad capacitor and took care of the issue quickly and also did a courtesy check on the larger a/c unit that was running ok.

We also discussed the possibility of replacing this a/c system since it's more than 15yrs old now. He was very receptive to answering all my questions and didn't try using any scare tactics to push me into buying a new system right away. He was open and honest with me about potential problems I might start experiencing given the age of the units.

He also explained to me when a better time of the year would be to invest in a new a/c system that would offer better pricing. I appreciated Roy's candor and honesty with me. He's a very personable, nice fellow who I would entrust with my future a/c needs. This was the first time I have used this company. Lin-Air met all my expectations and then some for this holiday weekend. I would recommend them at this time based on their quick response time, professionalism, and seemingly fair price.

I awoke yesterday hot and sweaty. I checked my thermostat and it read 84 degrees! I hadn't touched it and it was blowing hot air! So I turned it off. I called Lin-Air and within three hours, Layne, came and found the problem right away. The fan that cools the outside unit had shut down. He was able replace the motor, clean up the fan, reinstall it and had it running.

He also came in to make sure all the vents were running air appropriately. He was friendly, told me what was wrong, was able to fix it and have everything up and running. The service was excellent, the cost was fair and reasonable. I really appreciate the honesty with which he took care of everything! If you are in need, this company is your go to solution!

Excellent service! GREAT prices! They came referred by a friend who highly recommended them and they are all what she said and more! Never a problem reaching someone. We had a new AC/Heater unit installed December 2019. No one could touch their price. Warranty is great! Brent is helpful when I had questions a month later.

If you live in Vegas do not agree to any of your Ac repair till you get their second opinion. Not once but twice my home ac unit broke down and on both occasions the other ac guys gave me estimated repair of in excess of 10k. On both occasion my repair bill was under 1k. Need less to say very ethical and honest Ac repair company.

The boys at Lin-Air knock it out of the park again! These guys are awesome. As a general contractor I use them often for my jobs and always refer them. When my brothers unit needed replacing we called Lin-air and they had him up in running within hours! These guys rock!

One of my AC units wasn't operating as efficiently as it used to. Roy came out and discovered a small refrigerant leak in my system. He fixed it and had my system up and running quickly. I love these guys. I've had them fix a few other small problems over the years. Always honest, never try to scare you or up-sell something that isn't needed. I'm always prepared for the worst when any AC issue arises, but their prices are more than fair IMO, not to mention their service is outstanding!

I called when heater/AC went out. Person who answered the phone was polite and happy to help. Service technician was prompt, capable, clean and honest. Quote for repair and option for full replacement were quick, thorough and competitive. They walked through the pros and cons of both until I could make an informed decision. I have recommended Lin-Air to many friends and family. All have been satisfied. I also checked them out on Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau with positive reviews.

I called this morning at 8:24 because my air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. They made an appointment for me today between 12:00 & 4:00 pm. At 2:22 pm, I received a call that the technician was on the way. He arrived at 2:40 and the unit was running by 2:55. The technician was courteous and professional. Excellent service!!!

An attempt at switching out the fan motor in our outside unit ourselves failed and we couldn't figure out why. With the unit partially disassembled tech Roy figured out we had wired it incorrectly and blew the fuse box! I was scared we'd need an electrician but he replaced it and reassembled everything correctly. All for $250.

Brent and his guys did an excellent job! They were clean, fast and efficient. They even installed the new thermostat I purchased online and configured it for me. After my old unit started giving me trouble, I had a few guys come out to give me their opinion. They all agreed that the compressor was dead, but many of them suggested varying levels of service, from adding a larger start capacitor, to replacing the compressor and switching valve. Brent gave the be pro's and con's of every option, and after I did some of my own research, I was able to verify that Brent was being totally honest, forthcoming and gave me the real deal.

I decided to go with his suggestion of a new Maytag unit with 12 yr warranty. It took his guys about 4 hours to remove the old split system from my attic and install the whole new system. They were clean, put down canvas to protect my wood floors and vacuumed the whole area before they left. I'll be recommending them to everyone! Thanks Brent and crew for making this easy and painless!

My neighbors daughter is sponsored by Lin-Air in softball. Apparently they are a fantastic sponsor the purchased the girls practice shirts and pays for all batting cage time. They love the men from Lin-Air that coach her team. So when my Mother called to say she needed to take out a loan to pay for a new air conditioner at her home. I recommended she give these guys a call.
