Brian arrived within 2 hours of reaching out to them. Quickly evaluated the problem and gave us honest options about what we could do to fix it. We went the less expensive route, but we know it's a temporary fix and will need to be replaced eventually. Appreciated Brian's feedback and will definitely use them in the future! Highly recommend!

Bryan was extremely professional and respectful when repairing our unit. He was efficient in his work and cleaned up completely when finished. Brian took time to thoroughly clean the unit. When informing us that the capacitor needed replacing, he actually took the time to show us the reading. I appreciate the respect he showed us as homeowners. I would welcome him back!

We have used Panther twice in the past year after being very disappointed in several other HVAC services. Our service man was on time, personable and was able to check a problem we had the day before with our heat not coming on during the night (58 degrees the next morning!) He fixed the problem with a new screw on the circuit board! He changed our filter and checked everything on the furnace. He did not try to sell us extra stuff that we didn't need. I will never use another company!

We had to have our home's HVAC system replaced. Josh came out, evaluated our old system and quickly provided us with their current models we could choose. Josh was very professional and informative. Panther Heating & Cooling sent a team to replace our complete system and they were all very professional, courteous and cleaned up after the install was complete.

The technician was very courteous and stayed on task until he was finished. He serviced both of my systems; installed surge suppressors and an air purification unit. I have not had my system checked since I moved into the house a few years ago. The annual inspection program will keep everything in good condition and happen without me having to remember to schedule maintenance.

Bobby and Todd came out to inspect my heating unit a second time to help quell my anxiety about having to shell out a large amount of money to repair. Thanks to Bobby's knowledge we were able to fix the issue without a massive repair bill. The true test will be if my cold room heats up when it's 20 degrees tonight. but the techs were professional, punctual, and friendly and I will continue Panther for my HVAC needs.

William came out to service my 3 units. Did a great job. I really like the communication from the office. He was able to find a capacitor that was going bad and change that out so that we wouldn't be without heat all of a sudden. Our last gas pack was purchased through Panther. The install was seamless and I'm super happy with the unit!

Working with this company has been a nightmare since day one of the installation. Panther began installing the furnace early 2019. We moved into the house in August of 2019. I have since had 7 (yes, 7!) thermostats installed (Panther blames the problems on the manufacturer - Trane). In January of 2020, Panther was at my house to do one of the many repairs needed and recommended that I purchase a Solaris (air scrubber).
In addition to the Solaris not working, it was discovered in March, 2020 that the Solaris was blowing the transformer for it as well as for the furnace that it was connected to. In fall 2020, we had additional issues with the heating system not working. Panther sent a repair person out and it was discovered that when the furnace was installed, there were two incorrect dampers installed. "On/Off" dampers were installed rather than "Modulating." Needless to say, the system has been malfunctioning the entire time we have lived in the new built house because of this.
In late November, 2020, Panther then sent a "repair team" to replace the dampers. We are not sure if the damper problem was fixed because the repairmen said that there were only two Head Technicians that knew how to connect the newest thermostat to the system (which includes sensors that were installed after we moved into the house because the system was not working efficiently in two rooms).
We have contacted Panther to have a Head Technician come and connect the system (still not connected as of 12/1/20). Additionally, when the repairmen were at the house in November, 2020, severe damage was done to our ceiling and flooring. The owner, Mike Gedding, was at the house to inspect the damage (in addition to the photos that were sent to Panther via email) and as of today, no repairs have been made. If you are reading this review because you are considering Panther as your heating and cooling company, God Bless You!

I've used these guys every time I've needed something. They're WONDERFUL! Andrew Masse came to my house both occasions, sweet, friendly, polite, knowledgeable guy! This last time he was at my house, maybe 45 mins & the problem was fixed! Love him! AND they were able to get him to me the SAME DAY! Incredible! Their prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, service is excellent! I'll definitely be using them any/every time I have heat/air needs. Thank you Panther heat & air!

Had to replace our heating and AC system this week. The guys at Panther we're tremendous. The estimator was knowledgeable and very prompt. Didn't try to sell us more than we needed but helped us figure it out. The work crews were equally professional. 3 day job. No less than 3 on site at any time. And as many as 8. Never saw them take a break. They worked their butts off. Constant contact with Edward and others through the process. The new system is fantastic. Couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend them.
