Service Rep was on time. Scheduled to arrive between 8 & 9 am. Arrive around 8:30. Rep was Arthur Stahl and did a great job of ensuring everything was working properly. Answered any question I had about my unit. Defiantly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Comfort Design for your a/c needs. Last year the rep educated us on all the choices and helped us pick a system within our budget and that would be efficient for our home. We just had the one year maintenance and it was easy to make an appointment, the technician was on time, knowledgeable, thorough and polite. He even sprayed a wasp nest that was near the outdoor unit! I am very pleased with every aspect of the service and how our a/c functions.

After going through a horrible sweaty night and being told by a AC company I have been a customer for 20+ years that they could try to fit me in on Thursday or Friday of this week. We are having 100 + degree temperatures and it's Monday night! After looking at reviews, I called Tuesday at 7am and spoke to Tom who was very helpful. He was accommodating and told me a technician would come out to the house today. Bryan came later in the afternoon and within 1 hour we were feeling cool air. Another great experience! I noticed the AC wasn't working well at noon & called right away. I was so pleased when they said they could have a tech out the same evening. I have been a customer for over 10 years. When the original AC units started to have issues, Tom came out on a Saturday to personally take a look. He spent a couple of hours explaining the issues and fixes. Instead of selling me an expensive replacement, he fixed the issues caused by poor builder installation. When I did finally replace the systems, Damian I'd gave the best quote. They continue to to provide excellent customer service over the years.

We had to replace our old A/C and heating system and contacted Damiani's for a quote. Dave Jahn, their sales consultant, came to us and the first thing he wanted to know were the types of features we needed. His goal was to provide a system recommendation that meet our needs and to educate us on what would meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Tom Damiani called me to see if my valve on heater was holding up. Brian diagnosed a problem on Saturday but no way to get another valve until weather allowed for parts stores to open. Tom assured me if it went off again he would get someone out day or night to fix it. So far so good, but how priceless to know he had our backs! Excellent service every time. They replaced my old ducts several years ago. Huge difference. I could not be more pleased with this company and would recommend them highly!

Our family has had a service contract with Daminani's for over 16 years. They check, test, tweak the HVAC so it performs efficiently. The office staff is very helpful in scheduling appointments. The technicians show up on time, check things out, explain any needed repair or adjustment. The whole operation is customer service oriented. Their service is excellent and their prices fair. I would and have recommended them to others.

Called them to come out and evaluate problem. My system is working fine but the fan runs constantly requiring me to turn off circuit breaker. Day 1, $69 service charge, i was told that a relay was bad going to the fan. Day 2, $218, relay replaced, exact same problem. I was now told that it wasn't the relay but the blower motor, $2926 repair (the motor works, just doesn't shut off ) now i'm out $287 and 2 days of my time and still have the same problem. Save your time and look elsewhere!

Lee was very helpful in answering all my questions. He was very professional and did a great job . Lee even set my thermostat to automatically turn on and off on certain days. Thank you so much for everything!

I have always scheduled with Joseph and Lee and Marcos have been the primary technicians in my home. They have always gone above and beyond with the service and to answer any questions I might have. I just had my entire system changed out last month by Damiani's. Dave was so patient through the process of estimate and financing. It took me over a month to finalize and he was never pushy just answered my questions honestly and timely. My. Damiani even called to give further options if I needed them. The install went smooth. Alex was awesome working so hard all day and his partners Chris and Andrew were great as well. The system is so great and my bill has gone way down from last year. These guys are professional, friendly, helpful, clean, easy to deal with and honest. I have never felt like they were trying to "up-sell" me. We are on their annual plan and love it. We have always had very old houses and dealt with a LOT of HVAC companies over the last 21 years. I cannot recommend Damiani's highly enough. Good, quality, honest service has saved us way more money than a fly-by-night, we'll "cut you a deal," bargain company. We never thought we would be "annual maintenance plan" type people. It seemed like a waste of money. It is definitely not a waste of money. It saves us money.

I called Damiani's for a seasonal check on the AC. The last guys were OK but I wanted someone new. They found a leak, a crack in the evaporator coil. I asked them about it and they gave me options. They wrote it up and then followed up. They didn't just try and sell me coolant or a quick fix, they helped solve the problem with an invoice full of information that drove a quick warranty response.

They saved me money and I bought their maintenance plan for 12 months in gratitude. I recommend their team and thanx to the boss, Joe, for responding so quickly. Also note Lee and Raymond. If they come to look at your system you'll get honest answers that make you feel like you got your moneys worth.

Art from Damiani's just finished our annual a/c tuneup and as usual for this company was on time friendly and efficient. From the beginning when the installed our new a/c and furnace through the annual a/c and furnace checkups their service has been excellent. Damiani's have been servicing my unit since I moved in 8 years ago. They have done an excellent job of keeping my unit always operating. The one time I had trouble they were here quickly and efficiently repaired the unit. They are very proactive in discovering potential problems.

Damiani's Comfort Design met my fiance at our house to give an estimate. To install a duct system and new unit their low estimate was $20K. For a better unit they quoted $30K. Those prices are not only not competitive, they're unreasonable. For some people, that's an entire year's income. My house is a fixer upper, sure, but that's ridiculous.

We have been customers of Comfort Design for a number of years. We have never received anything less than stellar service. Every member of their team, from the office staff to the technicians to the management, is a true professional in every sense of the word. We are on their twice-yearly maintenance program, and the technicians are always very thorough in their inspection of our system.

They always take the time to explain what they are doing and actually show us the inside of the system as they are working so we can see any trouble spots firsthand. A couple of years ago we needed our inside unit replaced, and they did a great job explaining our options. We got several other estimates, and Comfort Design was competitive with them. I highly recommend Damiani's Comfort Design. Their service, product knowledge, and courteous customer service will be hard to beat.
