Climate Control Heating & Air

We have been clients of climate control for 22 years. They installed our hvac system when we built our home in 1999. We replaced the 3.5 ton Trane system this year and the 2 ton Trane system is still going strong after 22 years. We are very pleased with the Climate Control products and service. We were really pleased with the work David Castaneda from Climate Control did on our AC system. He was thorough, careful, and he gave me specs on each unit that help me to know what might fail in the future as our units age. John Richmond was my Sales Rep. I am older and I have dealt with A LOT of Reps in various fields and John proved himself to be a cut above the rest. Prompt - attentive - thorough - and always pleasant - exactly what a Sales Rep should be. Those same traits were displayed by all of his installation crew. I live in an upstairs unit and my neighbor below had a question - one of the techs took the time to go downstairs and address the question without hesitation, despite being very involved in his task.

There was no mess - no noise - no concerns of any kind. A portion of privacy fencing had to be removed to complete the installation outside - this was done and the fencing replaced (better than it was before). For such an unpleasant need - it was filled with smiles - courtesy and perfection. Would I recommend Climate Control and their and their staff of experts - 100%. I wish I could use them for everything I need done.

I was pleased with the work they did. I've used them for several years now. My only issue was that it took so long to get the appointment scheduled. I called in October for my heating inspection under my service contract and they were booked up until December 22nd. I think they need more help. It's never taken that long for an appointment in the past. However I will continue to use them as they do good work.

We had a Trane Heat Pump installed last year and we couldn't be happier with the unit and the service Climate Control has provided. The unit has been energy efficient which has saved us money. We had our semi-annual check up today and the tech explained to us all the checkpoints. Our air filter had not reached the point of needing to be replaced. That was impressive to us and greatly appreciated to not replace the filter if not needed.

Since we do not have high volume traffic and multiple animals our filter didn't need replacing. He did recommend to check it in 2-3 months. Climate Control has exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them.

Came out to repair our dryer vent which had been double covered by mistake when our house was built. The tech was very professional and friendly, and repaired the vent quickly. We had a leak in the coil in the air handler. Our unit was under warranty and they were able to get a new coil replaced quickly. The two techs who did the work were very courteous and professional. Service: Heating system repair
