Karl was wonderful. He answered all of our questions, was honest, and did not push us to decide or select a particular plan. Installation was scheduled quickly. I'll update my review once Installation is complete. Installation was great. Omar and Demarcus were wonderful.

Update #1: system was not fixed and it has been very difficult to get a technician back out to my house to resolve the issue. Called the office and representative keeps saying I need to pay other service fee charge even though system wasn't fixed the first time around. This was a matter of 24hr not days. I'll update review only when the issue is resolved. Update #2: A technician was sent back out to resolve the HVAC issue.

Both technicians that have come out have been great. Just had the one issue with the phone representative giving me information of fees that didn't align with the membership perks I was to receive for joining as a residential member. Hopefully the remainder of my customer service remains same as when the actual technicians come to the house as I would like to continue using this company.

Neil was very kind and knowledgeable. It took him no time to figure out the problem. We called and got a same day appointment. The bill was very reasonable considering what needed to be done. I highly recommend Neil for the job. Service: A/C system repair

I contacted Any Day on 05/27/22 and they arrived at my house at 1pm. My service tech Raymond was professional and knowledgeable and provide me with all the options after diagnosing my issue. The repair was swift and our AC is working perfectly. I usually don't give reviews however in this case it was necessary. This company is the Chick-fil-A of customer service in the HVAC world. Trust me you can't go wrong and they provide a $16 per month program we signed up for to help with future issues when/if they arise. I give them a 5 star rating!

Tech was professional, timely & friendly! We found out that we need a new HVAC system, the quote that was provided was high compared to others though. I would recommend them to people who need their system fixed, and not replaced. They were quick to come out & help!

Our HVAC system failed on us during 2 snow days in February. Reached out to a few companies and Any Day was one of the first to reply. Scheduled a visit. One of the first things I noticed was the prompt communication. They advised of the work needed (heat pump and air handler replacement) and provided an estimate. Once we contracted for the work a schedule was put in place.

I reached out and asked if there was anyway they were able to move the schedule up. Adrian, the owner, replied favorably and the system replacement schedule was moved up. About 30 minutes before the Technician was due to arrive I received both a text and email stating the Technicians were on their way with a short bio, picture, and cell number of the technicians.

They arrived at the agreed time and rang the door bell to briefly meet with me to review the planned work. They worked without disturbing us and with minimum need to access the inside of the house. They communicated an issue that arose and stayed with the work all day in the cold. They communicated they wanted to give the issue thought overnight and would resume tomorrow.

They arrived at the agreed on time (again I received 2 methods of communication) prior to arrival. They tested their theories and found/resolved the issue, which was with the existing freon line between the air handler and heat pump. They confirmed everything worked well. Excellent job!

Neil is always very professional and he is very knowledgeable. I just wish I'd found Any Day before I had my unit installed. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs. Service: Heating system maintenance

I was out of town and Neil met my friend to discuss the issues with the HVAC system. He contacted me the following day and informed me what I should repair immediately and explained some other items I should look into replacing. I used AnyDay Heating and Cooling in March 2021 with great success so when I had another issue, I immediately called them again. I was hoping to work with the same techniciann as Chris was wonderful but I must say Raymond, who showed up today, was even better than Chris! He was just as knowledgeable and this time I decided to sign up for their annual program (since I should have done it last year!). Look forward to working with Raymond going forward and know that our system is in the hands of a super professional who also is super kind human being!

Neil was awesome! We had this weird smell coming from the vents when we turned the AC on, we called and Neil came by within the hour. On a Sunday! He was so nice, answered our questions, spent a good amount of time under the house to figure out what was going on. Communicated the problems in a way we understood. Our experience with this company was fantastic! Our technician, Raymond, was prompt and extremely knowledgeable about our system. He thoroughly explained our system status and recommended the services/maintenance that needed to be done. He performed the maintenance quickly and completely, and kept us informed of his findings throughout the process. I've been with Comfort Services for over 10yrs. My AC went out late on a Friday night. I called the office and Raheem arrived early Sat AM and fixed the issue. He followed proper precautions due to covid19 which was appreciated. He was very courteous and professional. Actually all of the technicians have been very knowledgeable, professional and courteous over the years.
