Excellent job. The HVAC man (I missed his name) came in & got us ready for the 90 degree weather hitting Sparks right now. Not only was he very thorough with the setup for the summer- I was also given info on possible repairs needed in future years. Great price- great communication- highly recommend to anyone looking for evaporators cooler repairs/summer preparation

We hired Reno Heating & Air to replace our nonworking fireplace, which included moving it over on the wall and everything that entailed. We also chose to replace the mantel with a reclaimed wood beam. John went above and beyond with the finishing of our mantel. He proved to be a very talented craftsman by how he hand-stained and finished our mantel to perfection.

His crews were always courteous and highly professional. They even stayed late more than once to complete whatever they were working on that day. They took care to protect all surfaces and cleaned up perfectly every time they were here. We cannot praise this company enough. John and Katy have built a business that is everything you would want it to be.

They are honest, fair, and hard working. From the first appointment to the last, everyone we dealt with was absolutely the best. We will not deal with anyone but Reno Heating & Air and highly recommend them.

My AC went out over the weekend. Called first thing Monday Morning. They said they were very busy , but would work me in late in the afternoon. The Technician Roger called and said he would be able to be make it at 5:30 if that was OK with me. I was thrilled he had not forgot about me. He was right on time, diagnosed the problem and worked until 7:15 to get me back up and cooling. He had the parts on his van and didn't have to come back later. He was very polite and neat and cleaned up everything.

I do not recommend this place, their customer service is the worst. I called ahead and made an appointment to have my fireplace serviced. Fast forward to my appointment day and time, after patiently waiting 3 hours for them to show up, I called and they said they'd have a technician call me right away to reschedule. Never received a phone call. Ended up taking my business elsewhere.

I called Reno Heating & Air for a repair that should've been covered by another company. My furnace had a faulty part that had been recalled & it was causing serious problems. Katy answered the phone - she was prompt & very professional. We scheduled a consultation. Before the consultation could happen, my furnace stopped working! I called her back this morning & she had someone on their way out within a couple hours.

Their tech, Bob, was professional, knowledgeable & fast! He had not furnace working & faulty part replaced in about 2 hours. I was dreading the cost of the repairs but got a surprise when it wasn't that much. I strongly recommend this company!!

What are you guys hiding from the IRS or something?? wanted to stop by and talk about having someone give us an estimate to convert our wood burning fireplace to a gas insert and redo the facing. Your website said you were at 5 Cal Lane - building was empty. Called your phone number and one of the most astounding rude people in the world told me that they weren't "allowed to give out that information" when I ask for your address.. how stupid is that? are you a business or a hide and seek contest? Doesn't matter now I wouldn't give you the job for anything. Really bad and stupid business plan to hide from your potential customers.

Hello, Reno Heating and Air helped me when I need it!! Bought a new home in the D'Andra area and every year my heater had a problem! The owner of Reno Heating and air personally came out and took a look at my dilemma. He gave me three different option to go with. The technicians are on point! They installed heater and air condition and all the ducking in a timely manner and very sufficient.

My energy bill went down which made me very happy!! The office personal are friendly and very helpful.. I have had them look at my moms new house and my mother-laws house.. Thank you Reno Heating Air a customer for life!!!

We have an old gas fireplace that was constantly in need of repair. Had to be serviced and have parts replaced often. Joe with Reno Heating and Air came out right away, diagnosed the problem, was able to make the fireplace usable and ordered the correct part. They did an awesome job! I would highly recommend Reno H and AC.
